Bought September 2023 and it worked somewhat until Aug 2024. Contacted members mark support and they diagnosed bad control board. (Probably hadn’t worked correctly since purchase but it’s our first smoker so didn’t know) Of course out of stock. Been contacting and still no ship. It’s football season!!! Need my smoker to work.

Excellent pellet smoker, very solidly built with a lot of stainless in the interior. The cover is also nice and heavy and a good addition since the smoker lives outside. Definitely recommended. Unfortunately my unit came with a cracked LCD display which I found after finishing assembly and removing the sticker over the display. This didn't prevent me from using the smoker, doing a high temp initial burn and then a smoke of a couple whole chickens and some salmon which came out very well as you can set it by "feel" after reading the directions and using a separate thermometer to check the temp it's running at. I emailed for warranty support, including a pic of the cracked display and received a rapid email response and a new display/control module arrived in about 3 days. It took 5 minutes 35 seconds to change out and now all is working well including the two temp probes. Most recent smoking success was with four nice NY Strip steaks (from Sam's). Salt and pepper and then smoke at 200F until ~120F internal temp reported by the probes. Then sear in a cast iron skillet on the induction side burner. When served there were multiple "Oooh wow" exclamations heard.

It came in damaged. The company was not concerned that we oreded it for a function, but it was damaded. They sent a replacement part after the fact. It was damaged more than the first damaged part. The smoker wont hold a consistent heat. Its off by over 150 degrees. I am gojng to return it today. I pray they dont give me a hard time.

i had this grill for only a year. Father's day I start the grill after I had cleaned it well. I hear a loud boo. and a puff of white smoke. I was going to try the door instead I unplugged it wait a few minutes and I can't get the door open! I tried and tried but can't get it open, a true waste of my money!

I had a few issues with the controller not working, but the customer service team was great and responded quickly. I've used this twice now and have been very impressed.

Had our pellet grill 6 months then the electronic system stopped reading internal tempatures. The two meat probes also stopped working. Could never get a hold of the manufacturer after multiple calls and emails. Had to return it.
