for this price this is so solid, get it you wont regret it. i waited over a year to get this and love it, basically the same as smokers 2 times the price, the induction burner is so nice for searing tri tips

Great value, large size. Just make sure clean up the ash buildup after cooking. Wish it can set to lower temperature like 175 F. 200 is too hot for beef jerky.

I'm sure it's a fine smoker, but don't get it at the $699 price. The max price used to be $499 with regular sales bringing it down well below that. It's not worth $700.

Had our pellet grill 6 months then the electronic system stopped reading internal tempatures. The two meat probes also stopped working. Could never get a hold of the manufacturer after multiple calls and emails. Had to return it.

I had a few issues with the controller not working, but the customer service team was great and responded quickly. I've used this twice now and have been very impressed.

Great grill, solid ! I have seasoned the grill(turning up on to high to burn off any residue on cooking chamber). Looking forward to grilling and smoking some vittles soon !

I bought my smoker in April 2025 and have had great success with it. It holds its set temperature very well and uses minimal amounts of pellets. The smoke box provides a way to add extra smoke as well. I had an issue with the thermocouple going out in November which can happen on any brand name. The customer service from Sam's was great. They helped me get a replacement which was easy to change. It's good to know that you're going to get help when you have a problem!

First off, this smoker came delivered packaged very nice and not damaged. Secondly, it was easy to assemble and is very solid. Thirdly, it really smokes well and hold heat very well and the smoke box is an enormous benefit! After six months, it stopped turning on and after resetting it numerous times, it just stop powering on at all! Ridiculous and I was HOT AS FIRE!!! I called the customer service number and spoke with a very nice man named Trent and he had a replacement power console and extension power cord on the way to me within ten minutes! They stood behind their product and that's rare these days! Considering how easily he replaced it leads me to think this is a common issue that should have been addressed long ago, not after a person has spent $500 bucks! I needed food smoked for Thanksgiving dinner and I couldn't because of this problem. That's my sole reason for the three ⭐️ review. Maybe I'll revisit the review after the package arrives and I've had it for a few months or so.

After doing research on pellet grills, I decided go with Pro Series 36" wood pellet grill because of the thoughtful design that included what I think is a unique feature: a smoker box. I've done just two cooks, besides the burn in. The unit sure does perform. I want to echo all the others reviewers when they say this double walled design keep the pellet consumption at a minimum. I do have one question: I understand how to empty the hopper via the lever. What I can't figure out how to remove the dry pellets from the auger. I guess I could vacuum them up somehow. Is there a way to run the auger without turning on the ignitor???
