The scanner with HP Smart app is not working. If it works, then would be able to keep more than 1 page in pdf. On the delivery date, the status still showed as unshipped. I contacted Sam's Club customer service and was told a support ticket was submitted, promising a response within 24–48 hours. By May 24, I received no updates. I contacted them again, only to find out the ticket had been closed with zero explanation or information. Standard customer service just offered to submit yet another ticket with a 24–72 hour wait time. Meanwhile, nobody can tell me when or if the item will actually ship. Save yourself the headache.

The auto double sided printing has never worked, it pulls the paper back in crooked, so I am still doing that manually. I have had to unplug it and plug it back in several times because it has an error code that won't go away. It wont stay connected to wifi, so i just use a cord instead. I would not spend the extra money for this model again. However, it does print fast and the ink tanks are wonderful.

Quality of construction is on the "cheap" side. Flimsy paper tray, thin walled plastic construction on paper tray and body of printer. Must be careful in moving printer once loaded with ink as leakage might occur. Would not recommend for heavy duty printing, only light everyday printing is recommended. Reasonably priced compared to other ink tank printers.
