Easy set up and use. Love the 3 years of ink that’s included. As a teacher, I wanted quality print outs to use in my classroom without the worry of running out of ink at the worst possible moment. Refills of ink are much less and long lasting over cartridges.

Set-up Was easy. The printer is fast and prints beautiful copies. I have used the scanner option to upload documents to my HP laptop. The ink tanks are economical compared to my previous HP All-In-One printer with ink cartridges. My family and I are enjoying this printer.

This is the second HP Smart Tank printer I’ve purchased . This one I purchased for our daughter going to college. Knowing that she will have a lot of papers that will have to be printed. This will give her the perfect support piece to make sure all of her projects will get done. The knowledge of knowing that the ink will last what feels like indefinitely is exactly what’s needed for that college student.

Great printer for home office. I'm replacing an Epson Ecotank that died with similar features. Larger paper capacity and better price than its Epson competitor (with the same features). This model has two-sided printing, but the model number is unique to Sam's Club only. That's a trend now to keep customers from comparing prices. Nice app features for phone, so I don't mind the smaller LCD display on the printer. Print speed and quality is great so far.

I very much like the Hp Smart Tank 7001 Printer overall. However, I'm disappointed with the very small viewing window which displays info. I have to get very close to view the info and settings. Much smaller than my last printer. I also experience some connectivity issues from time to time from my smart phone to the printer. I've had connectivity issues on all of my previous HP Printers.

The printer has performed so far. It is used light duty. First experience with ink tank vs ink cartridges. Will see when it comes time to refill tanks compared with plugging in a cartridge. Physical setup is not plug and play. Must assemble heads and fill tanks. Fairly simple for me but not my wife. It was the only printer that is backward compatible with my Windows 7. Print quality is very good and print speed is fast.

Not Happy with HP!!! Had to purchase this new printer because, without prior warning, HP demanded that I MUST buy ink from them or they "froze" my perfectly fine printer (still under warranty). Is this even legal? And after I have been a loyal HP customer for years, i.e. everything in my house/office is HP. - PC's, laptops, printers. Wouldn't you think they'd have to advise you BEFORE PURCHASE that they require you to join their ink program or your printer is useless?

This printer is great especially using the smart ink refillable tanks, but it’s missing a tray for photo paper only which in my opinion would make this the perfect printer I know there is a model with one that’s more expensive I just want this one at this price to have the tray photo paper other than that go get you one of these if you don’t care about photo paper.

So far so good. Prints well and fast and I like the fact that it included a nice supply of ink. Not sure how long the ink will last, but hopefully I don’t go through it as quickly as I have gone through ink cartridges. It was much harder to setup than any of my past printers and it took much longer than I would have like it to.

We are having issues with this printer. We have had a tech work on it but it will not stay connected to the Wifi. We have even tried another Wifi service. We have another tech coming and if he cant fix it we'll be returning it. The first tech felt that there is something wrong with the printer but want to be sure.
