Printer arrived on time as scheduled. Printer was very easy to unpack and setup, as per the instructions, which were simple to follow. We have been using it now for about a month and all is working perfect. My only real complaint is it is a bit noisy when printing, not overly but noisier than my old one.

To me this product is cheaply made. When opening the flatbed lid, it creeks and sounds like the hinges are going to break; it is next to impossible to pull out and close the paper drawer to load paper. I thought I’d overlook those issues and use anyway, but there were no instructions for connecting to WiFi. Wasted tons of time on this. Not for me!

HP 7002 Smart Tank printer was delivered when promised, was well packaged, and in good condition. Installation instructions were lacking for hard-wired hook-up. Found info on HP's website. Have been using the printer for a couple of weeks now and am happy with the quality of printouts and the function of the printer. Based on my experience, I would recommend this printer to others.

Can't get it to work with HP Smart app Need to use desktop app and toolbox to access printer But it scans and prints. Just not from Android phone.

I like the tanks, not more cartridges. The one drawback is an entire bottle of ink has to be put in the tank, not a partial, so the tank will need to be completely empty to add ink.

Does a very good job, had a issue with getting it connected to WIF, Called HP support problem ws solved in less than 5 minutes, tech stay on line to help me set up my other equipment with the printer

HP printers are my "gold standard" and this is the best I've ever had. My OfficeJet and my PhotoSmart printers were replaced by this one very capable machine. Simple to set up and easy to use. Great print quality, and fast printing.

I love this printer. In the last 10 years I have gone through 6 printers. I print a lot of color sheets for my embroidery designs, and this printer will be so much better because I won't have to buy 50 cartridges for every month of printing.

HP has a truly “plug and play” installation. The printer is quiet and the product is very sturdy in its construction compared to other printers I have owned over the years. I was attracted to the idea of having a 3 year supply of ink!

This is waste product not working properly their with Wi-Fi setting not mentioned menu properly how is it work, we have suffering lot of how to start Wi-Fi , once starts again in middle it will stop their is Wi-Fi setting was wrist
