The best printer I have ever owned... seriously! It does every thing that HP said it would for an affordable price and I love the ink bottles instead of cartridges. Well done.

Fast enough printing and long ink reserve. So far it's great. I went from a officejet 8600 all in one. Don't need all that bulk. This on is smaller and works perfect. A+ product

There are not guidelines for paper placement when printing papers. Also, there is no simple self help instruction booklet in the printer box. I don’t want to look everything up online. I want simple booklet with printer in the box.

It takes having to reorder more ink more often away. I like that feature. I’m having issues with it, it shuts down and the only way to get it back is to unplug the power cord from the wall socket. Other than that I’m satisfied with it.

I print from my phone a lot and it works great. However, recently it disconnected from my wifi and I couldn't get it back on line. I finally used the instructions for setting up a new printer and it worked.

The new printer had a bad cable which did not even get plugged properly, second the lights were blinking when I connected cable to wall or to the surge protector. Product replacement simply didnt work

I was skeptical at first Considering I was talking to an AI assistant however it went very well. better than i thought it would. Felt like I was talking to a real person, the AI asistant even said have a good day before disconnecting

This product was so easy to install and use. The color is vibrant on every page and the bottles make it so easy to load into the printer. I can send requests to print from my iPhone, iPad, or computer. Simple!!

Make the apps more user friendly, might discard hp brand if i cant use the features i need! I get the run around trying to figure your system out and what applies to my machine.

I liked the printer and printing speed however connecting the printer with the WiFi was a struggle Every time I wanted to print I had to reboot the printer and try many times I had to return it eventually
