the setup instructions are very poor could not get it to connect to wifi so after fighting with it for a couple hours I went and bought a printer cable to get it up and running .

So far so good. Setup was pretty straight forward. Printed pages are sharp and clear, as expected. Overall seems to be a good deal.

Good every day printer with huge supply of ink. I had an Epson Eco tank that died and this was a good replacement.

Love this are printer with refillable ink. No more buying those terribly expensive cartridges. The machine is streamlined and not bulky. Works great!

We have been holding off to get a new printer. This was the one we choose because for the ink. We did not like how the ink dried out before we used it. This one seems to be working great.

Little use so far but what I have printed has been really good. Easy to use and it connected to my IPad quickly via wifi. Holds more paper than my previous HP Printer and not having printer cartridges is a big plus.

Ink stopped working. Waited on cartridges, that didnt work. finally called back again. they said even though its under 1 yr warranty i have to pay for shipping $80

Two Epson ET 4950 printers from Sam club with 4 tech support guys, still cant print. Grab this HP 7002 and it works flawlessly with no tech support. Stick with Samsclub. Easy return and good deal.

This medium size, light weight, wireless printer was easy to lift and move. Set-up was a breeze with the help of the product support page which was easy to access and understand because of its step-by-step explanation for connecting to multiple devices. Printing is quiet and fast and of a high quality. It is too soon to accurately rate ink usage.

I have used an Epson tank printer for the last 3 years, and have become a huge fan of the concept. No more cartridges! (It will take me a while to become familiar with the HP counterpart, but I am confident that I will be happy with the HP in time!
