We have HP brand of printers over twenty years. Someone suggested we try the Smart Tank to save money on ink. It was an easy set up and the printing has been great. We have other printers that we will be replacing w8iht the Smart Tank printers when they die. This is a great way to go these days. No more cartridges.

I have had this printer for a while now connectivity has always been an issue. I have to go thru all of the steps over and over again every few days in order to print. I do NOT recommend this printer and can not wait to purchase something else.

Won’t print using Wifi

I love this printer! It is very efficient

Hard to wake up printer to go to work printing...wi-fi connected. Will try connecting via hardwire.

Easy to set up and get started

It has ink, lots of ink, Add in, put paper in, and it prints things

Very confusing to get set up. Need better setup instructions. Is working okay at the present time.

Ordered this mainly for the great price and i was looking for a tank printer. Setup was very easy and quick. I highly recommend this printer
