Straight out of the box, filled the ink and no issues scanning or printing from my computer and my phone!

The HP app does not work at all on my computer and I can only send jobs and utilize the printer through the app on my phone. Absolutely terrible

I like the large paper tray. It feeds thick paper well. The large ink tanks mean I won’t have to replace cartridges.

Simple setup and easy software installation. Within 20 minutes I was up and printing from 3 devices. Highly recommended.

works good. I do geneolgy run several times a day Not built as well as my old 8620 which I had for 15 years

I liked how easy it is to print from your phone. Everything is easy to do as far as printing from emails. I’m glad I bought this product.

I use it for limited home use. 5 minute setup, very simple to use. Print quality is great, color looks great. Front load paper loading is a plus.

I like how compact it is. The print quality could be better. I don’t use it on a daily basis. I only print items as needed.

Regular print jobs are fine. Setup was an unnecessary disaster. Support for common but unusual print jobs poor.

HP has a truly “plug and play” installation. The printer is quiet and the product is very sturdy in its construction compared to other printers I have owned over the years. I was attracted to the idea of having a 3 year supply of ink!
