This medium size, light weight, wireless printer was easy to lift and move. Set-up was a breeze with the help of the product support page which was easy to access and understand because of its step-by-step explanation for connecting to multiple devices. Printing is quiet and fast and of a high quality. It is too soon to accurately rate ink usage.

I have used an Epson tank printer for the last 3 years, and have become a huge fan of the concept. No more cartridges! (It will take me a while to become familiar with the HP counterpart, but I am confident that I will be happy with the HP in time!

We picked out the printer we wanted and Sam's had the best price on it and they shipped it to our door. It works great and holds lots of paper and ink with the bottle system (we were constantly having to reload our previous one with paper and replacing ink cartridges).

Haven't used it much, but it's the same brand as the one we're replacing. Our old one worked well for years, I expect another HP to do well again. The text is crisp, setup was straightforward, and all my devices found it easily on the network. I'm really interested in the ink - our last one needed 2 cartridges for a full reload, each cost over $40 and would last for less than 2000 pages. I'm hoping this does as well as advertised.

Once I got the printer completely connected it works fine. My four star rating was based on the working printer not customer support. I desperately needed some support help but you cannot find a phone number. Eventually I figured it out and it works well. Big improvement over my old printer. A good friend is considering a new print, copy and scan printer, I advised him the quality was good but if you have a problem I would consider a brand that offers customer support.

Printer quality printing is overall 4/5 as I expect much more quality. Probably higher version might need to buy. The scanner with HP Smart app is not working. If it works, then would be able to keep more than 1 page in pdf. Now only Scanner web version is working, so only 1 page per pdf file - this is not much comfortable.

We have HP brand of printers over twenty years. Someone suggested we try the Smart Tank to save money on ink. It was an easy set up and the printing has been great. We have other printers that we will be replacing w8iht the Smart Tank printers when they die. This is a great way to go these days. No more cartridges.
