I love how much money you save on ink. print quality is amazing vivid colors crisp images. unfortunately it only lasted 17 months before the printhead chip burned out. If you print a lot of color pages you must print them one at a time trying to print more than that causes for a half a sheet to be printed and then spits it out.

Make the apps more user friendly, might discard hp brand if i cant use the features i need! I get the run around trying to figure your system out and what applies to my machine.

Fast enough printing and long ink reserve. So far it's great. I went from a officejet 8600 all in one. Don't need all that bulk. This on is smaller and works perfect. A+ product

Love this printer. I have had 5 HP printers but none that performed like this one. The bottles of ink are so easy to use and l lot less expensive. It holds lots of paper and the HP app helps me navigate when I need a little more assistance.

I never had so much trouble with a hp printer before. I use it for work and I had many days now where it just won’t print nothing. I tried everything and nothing.

I liked the printer and printing speed however connecting the printer with the WiFi was a struggle Every time I wanted to print I had to reboot the printer and try many times I had to return it eventually

This product was so easy to install and use. The color is vibrant on every page and the bottles make it so easy to load into the printer. I can send requests to print from my iPhone, iPad, or computer. Simple!!

I'm really happy with the performance of my HP Smart Tank all in one printer. It stays on and I can print documents without having to turn on the printer.

Two Epson ET 4950 printers from Sam club with 4 tech support guys, still cant print. Grab this HP 7002 and it works flawlessly with no tech support. Stick with Samsclub. Easy return and good deal.

I have had this printer for a while now connectivity has always been an issue. I have to go thru all of the steps over and over again every few days in order to print. I do NOT recommend this printer and can not wait to purchase something else.
