Don't waste your money

This TV is not user friendly and trying to navigate through all the options is overwhelming. We haven't used it in months because we get mad every time we do. Complete waste of money.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED but charged 2k

I never received this TV. The order said that signature would be required and a person has to be present to receive. It also said that the delivery date was December 4th. On November 30th when I was not home, I get an app notification that the order was delivered. I have a ring doorbell and nobody had rang the doorbell and I wasnt even home. I called Samsclub to ask what was going on because the tracking information on the app showed no details. I have a camera on the side of the house which showed a black car (NOT a delivery truck or UPS or Fedex) pull into my drive way and back out once or twice but beyond that I could not see anything. I told them all of this and they agreed that the delivery was not made properly. By the time I got home there was no package nothing. I contacted Samsclub and first they agreed to give me a refund because of improper delivery. Then the fun started, Samsclub customer service supervisors are now outsourced because English is clearly not their first language and all they are trained to say is NO to everything. They sent me a picture of the delivery which was the TV box leaned up against the garage driveway in full visibilty on a high traffic area street. It was clearly stolen, which at least they could have left it on my porch but they didnt coz guess what they sent ONE PERSON to deliver an 85" tv weight (FROM A LOCAL WALMART) a 110+ lbs which I am assuming they just dragged out of his CAR and left at the first place they could. So much for "ROOM OF YOUR CHOICE". I am fighting with the credit card company now to see if they can help me get my $2000.00 back. No accountability whatsover and ZERO customer support from them. I have a good might to go yell at them at the local Samsclub but I am waiting for the credit card companies decision.

WHAT A DEAL FOR THIS TV -BUUUT-

I should not leave any negative comments on this tv since I paid under $500 for it in 85" in store but, the sound is just ok and the imaging is very hard to fine tune for a clear crisp picture unlike my LG tv's. Gaming is good and streaming is also. The outer rear shell on the back of the tv is so thin and flimsy along with the legs being so close together, it has to be a safety hazard for such a large tv. To pay the retail of $2199 for this tv is not worth it, a return would have been made but under $500 it stays. Thanks Sams!!!!

Terrible shipping experience.

I ordered this on April 24th. The first one arrived, got a neighbor to help mount it. The screen was cracked from corner to middle. No visible damage on the outside of the box. The replacement TV arrived damaged. The box looked terrible. Had lines of pixels missing from the middle. Receiver for the remote was hanging down. TV 3 is on the way, but no delivery scheduled yet. TV 1 is going to be picked up today, but they did not schedule the pickup for TV 1 and 2 at the same time. I've had two broken tv's cluttering up the house for the last 20 + days. Still no working TV.

Worst purchase ever

I never thought I'd say this, but do not buy a large flatscreen TV from Sam's Club. I was treated horribly. The TV screen was cracked and they refused to reimburse me. This product was arrived damaged. I finally had to dispute it with my credit card and it took me about four months to get this issue resolved. I discovered that this TV was about two years two or three years old and they had stopped manufacturing it. Sam's Club sells old. if you are going to get a TV from them, make sure it's insured.

Terrible rendering and contrast

I have been so disappointed with this TV. I am glad that I purchased the VIP warranty. Had to replace the main panel twice already in less then a year. It still has a difficult time rendering dark shadows. Watching darker shows like Wednesday or Black Rabbit is nearly impossible.

Excellent picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Samsung TV I believe had a great picture. It was 7 years old and was on 16 plus hours a day. I had an accident plugging in a ambience USB led light which shorted out the TV. My new TV's picture is stunning. The remote control is difficult to operate. It uses pictures instead of words explaining the function. I get confused and have difficulty getting out of the menu. But I do love my television .

Great TV

Awesome picture and great sound, Dolby atmos is amazing! I've had a 65 inch before what a huge difference Samsung is compared to my last TV. You can get away without a sound bar, I have. Samsung doubt bar with a subwoofer. Instant connect with the ARK HDMI connection. Samsung really is great!
