Samsung 85 Inch QLED TV has amazing Picture and Sound Quality! We upgraded from an older 70 inch TV that we had for several years and it is amazing the difference in everything overall! Few tips: This TV is about 90lbs and comes in a Huge Heavy Cardboard Box that will definitely need a truck for delivery. If hanging on a wall make sure you purchase a VERY strong wall bracket that can take the weight of this item and made for a 85 inch TV or bigger! Definitely make sure you have 2 very strong or 3 medium built individuals to lift this TV, being so big it is a little difficult to move around. You will not be disappointed in this QLED 85 Inch TV!! Would definitely someday LOVE to have the Samsung 98 Inch QLED TV, but it was sold out at our time of purchase, stood and stared at it in the store for about an hour and it also has amazing Picture and Sound Quality! Either TV you cannot go wrong with them! Thank you Samsung for making a great product!

This TV is by far the best TV I have ever owned! The clarity of the picture is by far the clearest and cleanest I have ever seen. I have been watching sports and movies for the past two weeks with the family and they are even saying how amazing the picture is. Not only that, the sound from just the TV speakers are crazy loud!

The TV that was replaced by this one is a 50" 4k Sharp. Wow! What a difference. We own a 46" HD Samsung, so I already knew that the company makes great TV's. The combination of the size and brand difference are obvious. We've paired this with a a Samsung HW-Q990D/ZA 11.1.4 soundbar, with wireless subwoofer and rear speakers.These paired together have made an awesome home theater experience. The TV speakers sounded great before the pairing, but the additional equipment has the feel of the cinema without the crowds. Sports, movies, gaming and regular programming are incredible. Splitscreen football and basketball game's scores and closed captioning are readable and vibrant. We bought these on Thanksgiving day and Black Friday respectively. The setup by phone was seamless and simple. Voice control of both, with Alexa, can be completed by the remote or our Samsung android phone. We would definitely buy both again, and we would recommend others to buy and see for yourself.

This thing is MASSIVE! (TWSS lol) An amazing 85" 4K QLED TV. It has lots of apps, and you can download more. The app for your smartphone which makes it a remote is awesome. I never touch the remote. I highly recommend, especially if you get a good sale price like I did at Sams Club.

Initial delivery team only sent one guy for a 2 person install. He broke clips on the base. Sam's sent a replacement which arrived the next day but they never called to schedule the delivery and just left it on the front porch. It's been 2 weeks waiting for the return pickup and install of replacement TV.

TV was not work working, No power, not light up. I returned still did not get the refund.

Sams club delivered, friend and i went to open it up and install, and top if the screen was bent Still waiting for sams club to issue refund so i can try agian.

The motherboard failed shortly after one year of use, just as the warranty period ended. For a premium television, this kind of critical hardware failure is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. A product at this price point is expected to last far longer without major issues. The repair cost is high, and post-warranty support offers little assistance, leaving the customer to bear the full expense. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Samsung QLED TVs and advise potential buyers to consider alternatives with stronger reliability and after-sales support.

I never thought I'd say this, but do not buy a large flatscreen TV from Sam's Club. I was treated horribly. The TV screen was cracked and they refused to reimburse me. This product was arrived damaged. I finally had to dispute it with my credit card and it took me about four months to get this issue resolved. I discovered that this TV was about two years two or three years old and they had stopped manufacturing it. Sam's Club sells old. if you are going to get a TV from them, make sure it's insured.
