It’s working well for making sourdough

Inexpensive and allows me to spend more money on my favorite whole grain flours and enough gluten to make my rye and pumpernickel loaves rise well

Wow a lof of Bread Flour for the price and it worked great on my sour dough bread. Made 6 loaves instead of 4 with my regular recipe

I'm so glad I found this at Sam's Club. It's as good as my old standby, Alltrump's which I can no longer get.

I use this flour for everything! Not just bread but all my baking, cookies etc come out better with this flour! My Sam's in Spring Hill no longer sells this so we drive all the way to Port Richey but its worth it!

I was worried when they changed from the name brand to their brand, but it’s still awesome and I use it all the time but last time I purchased it they said they were no longer going to carry it

I make homemade bread with this flour. I also use it like all purpose flour in other recipes. It makes really good bread and seems to be great moxed woth other kinds of flour, too.

It bakes up fine but please make this flour unbleached. You’d sell a lot more and it would be more convenient for your customers than them having to use outside sources. It’s also the healthier option.

I bake a fair amount and could go through bread flour fairly quickly. I used to grab KA flour but decided to go out on a limb and try this one to help with cost. couldn't even tell the difference! thank you MM for making solid quality alternatives. will definitely keep buying!
