Usually buy the 10 lb King Arthur, but the store was out. I was a little worried, but this flour has been great. I use it exclusively to make baguettes. I now like this better than the name brand. It’s a finer milled flour, which I guess could matter to some.

I can go through a lot of flour as a home baker. Once you settle on a particular flour for a given recipe, it can be a bit risky to switch. But then I compared the cost of this flour compared to King Arthur bread flour, which had been my gold standard. MM Bread & Pizza flour is a high gluten flour, which comes in 25-lb bags at a fraction of the price of King Arthur bread flour. So far, this flour has performed as well for me as King Arthur at half the cost. I'm sold.

This lasts my family close to a year. Is always fluffy, and never compacted. It makes really good bread and pizza dough. Works great to make gravy, and thicken sauces.

I make bread every week so I can have reasonably healthy bread in the house. Thing is, I don't know how "clean" the flour is, and it doesn't state this in the packaging. By "clean" I mean has the wheat been glyphosated, brominated and God knows what else? The large bag is cost-effective and incredibly convenient, which is great. I'd just like to know if the stuff is killing me!

The Dakota Maid was better packaged. I use this product frequently and already found bugs in one bag of Members Mark bread flour.

Come on Sam's club not once but twice. First bag was expired and had a hold in it. Replacement order expired again it's very disgusting and on top of that we have to deal with your reps on the phone giving me $8 cash so now it's all about the money??? They won't take it back 50 lb of flour but where am I supposed to dispose of this? they said it's a perishable item so why are you sending out expired perishable items.

I’m very confused by this. I’ve purchased this flour for years, and it has never been wheat. It has always been a basic white bread flour. But now it seems to be wheat? My bread dough has a much different texture and color. And oddly, this is the exact link I’ve purchased from previously. So I think they replaced the old flour with the wheat flour and just updated the link. Either way: disappointed.

I'm sure this is excellent flour but before Members Mark had their own brand they offered an unbleached all purpose and bread flour. I was excited to see the Members Mark Brand offered until I read both were bleached. Please consider offering unbleached again. Thank you!

It is bleached. It does not state the protein content. Which wheat is used? Spring, red? I miss Dakota Maid as it has been half the price of King Arthur with the same quality. This product, though, is not well marked of an unknown providence.

This isn't bread flour, it is all purpose flour in different packaging. Bread flour typically has a higher protein content; 12-14% as opposed to this which has only 10% (same as their AP flour). Also not a fan of bleached flour in general.
