I can go through a lot of flour as a home baker. Once you settle on a particular flour for a given recipe, it can be a bit risky to switch. But then I compared the cost of this flour compared to King Arthur bread flour, which had been my gold standard. MM Bread & Pizza flour is a high gluten flour, which comes in 25-lb bags at a fraction of the price of King Arthur bread flour. So far, this flour has performed as well for me as King Arthur at half the cost. I'm sold.

I used to be a Gold Medal only flour person, but gave Members Mark brand a try a year ago. Both the all purpose and bread flours are my baking go-tos. I store the large bags in the freezer and keep my pantry container filled. I appreciate the bag’s pour spout although I think it could be a bit better designed to open.as for baking, I have had no issues and honestly think my end results are better than the name brand.

After I got tired of paying for the over-priced sourdough bread, I started to learn to make my own about 8 Years ago, and over the following 2 Years did my stumbling, mistakes, etc., and came up with bricks instead of bread, but now my starter as well as myself have matured, and I am able to bake myself a sandwich loaf and a boule every week or so almost perfectly. I tried many brands, but I find the SamsClub bread flour the best choice to fit my needs. Just this one product alone is enough to justify my membership.

My grandmother taught me how to make bread at age 8, and I am still doing it. This flour is very high in gluten which allows the breads to rise higher and still hold their shape. I use it for everything from white slider buns to dark German caraway rye. It makes a superb pizza crust.

I make a lot of homemade bread & Cinnamon Rolls. I was using an expensive Bread flour in 5# bags. When I stumbled upon this I figured I would give it a try bc the reviews were very good! All I can say is, I have been so satisfied with it, not only price but my results are amazing! I think results are better than what they were with the expensive bread flour! Please do not change this flour!

Sams in Tallahassee is the only place I can find this flour to make bread. I usually buy 200+ pounds every time. I love this flour. It’s a two hour one way trip for me. I sure Sams could deliver it or at least have it available in Valdosta, Georgia (40)minutes from me.

All of the other Sam's do not carry the bread flour. I am thankful that W. Broad location carries it. My husband and I have a soup and bread ministry...visiting homebound. We would not be able to do it if we had to spend grocery store prices for the flour. Picking it up was a great experience. A friendly clerk loaded it to the car. Thanks you SAM'S CLUB

Since covid has changed our lives, it’s changed our eating habits too. When I got my first bag of flour I thought that 25lbs would see us thru. Wrong! We are on our 3rd bag. And, since we are eating home made and obviously better ingredients, I’ve actually list weight! Delicious bread and pizza dough.

I make bread every week so I can have reasonably healthy bread in the house. Thing is, I don't know how "clean" the flour is, and it doesn't state this in the packaging. By "clean" I mean has the wheat been glyphosated, brominated and God knows what else? The large bag is cost-effective and incredibly convenient, which is great. I'd just like to know if the stuff is killing me!

Returning this because I didn't realize it was Bleached...won't make good bread. I should've have realized it because it's plainly printed on the bag. I don't understand why SAMS doesn't offer UNbleached bread flour. Thought I might save a little money but I'll just stick with King Arthur
