I have switched to using Members Mark Flours and this bread flour is another reason why. I have experience good success in nearly every bread I’ve baked from cinnamon rolls, loaves and even baguettes. The 25# bag has a self-storing pour spout so I am able to easily fill my canister and for me, I like to keep the bag in the freezer for longer shelf life.

Usually buy the 10 lb King Arthur, but the store was out. I was a little worried, but this flour has been great. I use it exclusively to make baguettes. I now like this better than the name brand. It's a finer milled flour, which I guess could matter to some.

Excellent product for bread and pizza dough

This flour is a great all-around flour! Gluten-ritch, so it’s great for both breading and bread and dough!

Purchased for my sourdough. Seems a little lumpy. Wondering if I should sift before using. But the sourdough tastes delicious!

I love this flour. I have been using it for baking sourdough bread, pizzas, sandwich bread and much more. My only issue is that I can’t purchase it in my local store, I can only order online.

We have an OONI wood fired pizza oven. This bread / pizza flour works great and the price is reasonable. The crust is excellent, stretches well, bakes wonderfully, with excellent rise!

Excellent product. This is the bread flour I use in my bakery. However, I dislike the new packaging. The pour spout is difficult to open and use. I just cut that part of the top off.

This is an amazing value! Throw in a few simple ingredients and you have pizza dough or fresh bread until your heart’s content. This flour performs as well as any of the name brands.

This flour makes the best sourdough bread and rolls. I’ve tried making sourdough bread with all purpose flour, and that flour does just fine. But I feel that the bread flour gives a little bit of an extra rise and a chewier crumb, which we like.
