I used to be a Gold Medal only flour person, but gave Members Mark brand a try a year ago. Both the all purpose and bread flours are my baking go-tos. I store the large bags in the freezer and keep my pantry container filled. I appreciate the bag’s pour spout although I think it could be a bit better designed to open.as for baking, I have had no issues and honestly think my end results are better than the name brand.

I make a lot of homemade bread & Cinnamon Rolls. I was using an expensive Bread flour in 5# bags. When I stumbled upon this I figured I would give it a try bc the reviews were very good! All I can say is, I have been so satisfied with it, not only price but my results are amazing! I think results are better than what they were with the expensive bread flour! Please do not change this flour!

After I got tired of paying for the over-priced sourdough bread, I started to learn to make my own about 8 Years ago, and over the following 2 Years did my stumbling, mistakes, etc., and came up with bricks instead of bread, but now my starter as well as myself have matured, and I am able to bake myself a sandwich loaf and a boule every week or so almost perfectly. I tried many brands, but I find the SamsClub bread flour the best choice to fit my needs. Just this one product alone is enough to justify my membership.

This flour is a great all-around flour! Gluten-ritch, so it’s great for both breading and bread and dough!

This lasts my family close to a year. Is always fluffy, and never compacted. It makes really good bread and pizza dough. Works great to make gravy, and thicken sauces.

This flour makes the best sourdough bread and rolls. I’ve tried making sourdough bread with all purpose flour, and that flour does just fine. But I feel that the bread flour gives a little bit of an extra rise and a chewier crumb, which we like.

I love this flour. I have been using it for baking sourdough bread, pizzas, sandwich bread and much more. My only issue is that I can’t purchase it in my local store, I can only order online.

I'm glad this became available for ordering online. I had recently been buying the all-purpose flour and adding gluten when baking bread and pizza. Years ago, the bread flour was in-store, right next to the all-purpose flour.

I recently started making sourdough bread. I like to use bread flour but it was getting too expensive. I tried this flour and absolutely love it. My bread turns out just as wonderful as it did using more expensive name brand flour.
