Economy flour for pizza making. Experienced baker here. 2000 plus pizzas under my belt. This flour kneads nice, feels silky and dough hydration is easy to judge by feel. Consistent quality and good taste.

I used to be able to buy this in the local store. I’m glad I could order it because for the longest time I could not get it at all. I use the recipes on the bag.

I recently started making sourdough bread. I like to use bread flour but it was getting too expensive. I tried this flour and absolutely love it. My bread turns out just as wonderful as it did using more expensive name brand flour.

I love this flour. I have been using it for baking sourdough bread, pizzas, sandwich bread and much more. My only issue is that I can’t purchase it in my local store, I can only order online.

I'm glad this became available for ordering online. I had recently been buying the all-purpose flour and adding gluten when baking bread and pizza. Years ago, the bread flour was in-store, right next to the all-purpose flour.

Excellent product. This is the bread flour I use in my bakery. However, I dislike the new packaging. The pour spout is difficult to open and use. I just cut that part of the top off.

This works really good in conjunction with our bread machfor making homemade bread. The only downside isnyou can no longer get this in store and have to have it shipped to you.

We have an OONI wood fired pizza oven. This bread / pizza flour works great and the price is reasonable. The crust is excellent, stretches well, bakes wonderfully, with excellent rise!

My wife has begun a small journey into home cooked and baked meals and bread was one of them and Wow flavor and taste and texture! She nailed it on the first attempt. It’s gonna be really hard to go back to processed…

This is the best flour for making bread! I’ve made sourdough bread for over 40 years from the same starter, and my whole family loves it! These big bags cost about a fourth of what you’d pay per pound for smaller bags of bread flour elsewhere.
