There is no protein content on the package. Nutrition information says 3 g protein per 30g serving, so it should be 10%. That's the low limit for all-purpose flour, not 12% at the very least to be called "bread". King Arthur bread flour is 12.7% for example.

Nothing wrong with it, but I wish it came unbleached. It would be even better if sams club started selling organic flour!

For the price, you can't beat this flour. It's a little challenging finding and filling containers after bag is opened but it's with it.

The Dakota Maid was better packaged. I use this product frequently and already found bugs in one bag of Members Mark bread flour.

I bake my own bread and this flour is great. I bought and used a big name brand for 2 times when I was out of Members mark and the bread was heavy.
