I used to be able to buy this in the local store. I’m glad I could order it because for the longest time I could not get it at all. I use the recipes on the bag.

This bread flour is the the best, I use it for making bread and it perfect.

I bake my own bread and this flour is great. I bought and used a big name brand for 2 times when I was out of Members mark and the bread was heavy.

For the price, you can't beat this flour. It's a little challenging finding and filling containers after bag is opened but it's with it.

The Dakota Maid was better packaged. I use this product frequently and already found bugs in one bag of Members Mark bread flour.

I like this flour, it's medium gluten.

I am so happy. I use over 100# in a year. I've had to purchase at the Mankato store & haul to Arizona for the winter.

Purchased for my sourdough. Seems a little lumpy. Wondering if I should sift before using. But the sourdough tastes delicious!
