I like this flour, it's medium gluten.

I've been using this flour for awhile and it is dependable and good quality. Buying it like this is so economical for me for the amount of baking I do.

I love buying flour from Sams! Its such a good deal! I buy these 25lbs bags and store in food safe buckets. Since i love to bake, this flour makes it affordable for me.

Seems to work fine in the bread machine. Was originally concerned because the details about the flour didn't indicate it could be used in a bread machine.

I bake all our bread and rolls/buns. This flour works very well. It is very convenient to have this amount rather than small bags. I store it in my refrigerator. Delivery was quick. Price is great.

Purchasing flour in this quantity is very handy and Sam's has good prices. The flour is fresh and has made delicious bread. I haven't used it for pizza dough but will in the future. I highly recommend purchasing Sam's bread flour for a quality product at a low price.

I bake homemade sourdough bread and it takes 2 lbs for one recipe that makes 3 loaves. I save over 50% by buying it from Sam's instead of the local grocery stores. I enjoy sharing these loaves with friends and family. The only Sam's I can get it that is fairly close by is the Meridian and the Pearl Sam's. Neither the Hattiesburg nor the one in Gulfport carries it. I have requested the Hattiesburg Sam's to start carrying it, since that is the one I shop at the most.
