I have been using this brand bread flour from Sam's for 7 years. Great for my sourdough bread.

It has flour bugs not too many but they are there.

This flour is as good if not better than most high gluten flours!!! Use on a daily basis.

To save money I bake a lot of our bread products. I have always had success with this product.
