Excellent flour for making no knead bread - this is difficult to find in this quantity in our immediate area.

Hard to be the price and the quality is very good as well. I bake sourdough and other breads regularly and they have a nice texture with this flour.

I love this bread flour for making my homemade bread in my Panasonic bread maker. Makes a delicious loaf in 115 minutes!

Serves it's purpose

Nothing wrong with it, but I wish it came unbleached. It would be even better if sams club started selling organic flour!

This flour is a good bread flour. The last 3 bags I bought (75 lbs) smelled moldy/mildew at the Hendersonville NC store. You can't bake with smelly flour. Your bread will taste like mildew. Please rotate your inventory and move to a dry area.

Why haven’t I been buying flour in bulk forever? It’s such a good price and great flour too! We switched it up and used the bread flour on our pizza dough and it was AMAZING! Such a huge difference than all purpose
