Best flour for baking!

My second bag of this flour. If you are trying to make bread to be economical- you can’t miss. Along with the bulk active yeast from Sam’s, the cost to make homemade bread goes way down. I bought a small pet food canister to hold the 25 pounds of flour— humidity and bug free. I will continue to purchase these items to make bread. Highly recommend.

It’s working well for making sourdough

I use this all the time. I make bread 3 to 4 times a week and it works great for baking.

Bought it for sour dough bread. I keep this in my pantry always happy with it

A great quality, great value flour, as good as 'named' branded flour, at a great price.

Nothing wrong with it, but I wish it came unbleached. It would be even better if sams club started selling organic flour!
