This flour is a good bread flour. The last 3 bags I bought (75 lbs) smelled moldy/mildew at the Hendersonville NC store. You can't bake with smelly flour. Your bread will taste like mildew. Please rotate your inventory and move to a dry area.

What a deal for bread flour! We have a bread maker and bake a couple of loaves weekly. Being able to buy bulk is cost-saving. Nothing tastes better than homemade bread.
