Ordered a month ago and kept it in the box because I was not quite ready to use it. The price was good for the amount, read some reviews. Had no clue it was wheat until I opened it. The descriptipn should be updated as kot many people are looking at the packaging when ordering. Guess I have no choice but to use it and see how it goes. Too much to waste.

ok, I have been using a high protein flour from web restaurant finally for this at a Sam's that is an 1.5 hours away from be but I thought it would be worth it with advertised Protein 13.7 to 14.3. I bought 3, I make a lot of bread. I didn't even look at the label when I got to the store, this was my mistake upon getting it home I checked the back 3G is the real amount I was so mad I will be bringing it back to my local store soon. Ugh! better check the bag and the web site description again because it's way way off!

I've used this flour for years to cook cakes and pastries. Very consistent quality and cakes turn out great.

No information on bioengineering or gmo also pesticides. Do dry can in oven in half gallons in mason jars for long shelf life .
