Best flour for pizzas and bread. I use to have pizza place.

Works great for my sourdough starter. The only problem is I can't FIND it in Sam's club lately!

I bake a few times each week and this has served as a fine bread flour and its cost makes it all the more better ;-)

It took me a couple of times to tweak the recipe but it was easy & came out absolutely delicious! I use EVOO instead of vegetable oil & added garlic to the mix. Perfect!

This flour is a excellent choice for the home baker and pizza making...This is a very high protein flour which is great for high hydration bread and pizza dough ..It is very low priced and in bulk ..

Ordered a month ago and kept it in the box because I was not quite ready to use it. The price was good for the amount, read some reviews. Had no clue it was wheat until I opened it. The descriptipn should be updated as kot many people are looking at the packaging when ordering. Guess I have no choice but to use it and see how it goes. Too much to waste.

ok, I have been using a high protein flour from web restaurant finally for this at a Sam's that is an 1.5 hours away from be but I thought it would be worth it with advertised Protein 13.7 to 14.3. I bought 3, I make a lot of bread. I didn't even look at the label when I got to the store, this was my mistake upon getting it home I checked the back 3G is the real amount I was so mad I will be bringing it back to my local store soon. Ugh! better check the bag and the web site description again because it's way way off!
