Hate getting this as it is bleached. There is no reason bleach needs to be in our flour.

I purchased to make Sourdough croissants but I didn't expect to find weevils in the flour.

Love this bread flour! I do a lot of artisan loaves and this is great flour for the price. Unfortunately, they don't carry it in my club. Count yourself fortunate if you can get it!

I was having terrible results making home breads with other brands of flour until I tried the Member's Mark Bread and Pizza flour. This flour is far superior to anything else. The high protein / Gluten content is perfect for voluminous loafs and quick breads.

I'm a novice bread maker. I was busy caregiving during the pandemic so I'm late in the game. I decided to try this flour. I use it for sourdough and homemade buttermilk English muffins which I thought would be an easy start. It wasn't but the results with this flour made me make again and again. You can see I'm a novice but I have had good luck and am going to buy another bag.

My bread flour was shipped to me along with another product and it didnt have much packaging material to protect my items from moving around much during transit. When delivered my bread flour bag had opened and spilled out into the area of the box. I wish this was available in my store for easier transit.
