Member's Mark Bread & Pizza Flour, 25 lbs.

No where in the description or listing does it say wheat flour but that's what you recieve.

Wheat flour

Returning this because I didn't realize it was Bleached...won't make good bread. I should've have realized it because it's plainly printed on the bag. I don't understand why SAMS doesn't offer UNbleached bread flour. Thought I might save a little money but I'll just stick with King Arthur

Member's Mark Bread & Pizza Flour 25 lbs

I can go through a lot of flour as a home baker.  Once you settle on a particular flour for a given recipe, it can be a bit risky to switch.  But then I compared the cost of this flour compared to King Arthur bread flour, which had been my gold standard.  MM Bread & Pizza flour is a high gluten flour, which comes in 25-lb bags at a fraction of the price of King Arthur bread flour.

So far, this flour has performed as well for me as King Arthur at half the cost.  I'm sold.

Bake a lot?  Consider this over King Arthur
