I ordered it but they canceled it and didn't give me a reason why.

Excellent for bagels and has more value than smaller bags if you bake a lot.

I make bread weekly and this flour works great!! Only flour I've used for years.

Excellent price. Vacuum packaged flour in 5 pound bags and put in our freezer.

My bread dough has a much different texture and color. It's taste is not good and smells very bad.

Seems good. Use for sour dough bread. Worried high gluten
