Enriched and Bleached. No good, bring back Dakota Maid bread flour please!!!! My sourdough bread hasn't not been the same since you got rid of the good stuff.

Just started into making sourdough and purchaed this before reading the reviews. From my limited experience this works vwry well. I did try a bag of KA but couldn't see or taste any difference. The price was excellent.

Sam's Club replaced the Dakota flour with this. It doesn't have as much protein and twice the ingredients which really defeats the purpose of using it for bread making at home

Why would you change the bread flour you were carrying? Dakota Mills was awesome and it wasn't bleached. Now we only have yours which is bleached??? Who uses bleached anymore, totally not MAHA!

This isn't bread flour, it is all purpose flour in different packaging. Bread flour typically has a higher protein content; 12-14% as opposed to this which has only 10% (same as their AP flour). Also not a fan of bleached flour in general.

I have been using this flour now for over a year and I have tried MANY! I have to agree with everyone that says this is the best for sourdough and for pizza, I get consistent and excellent results with this flour. it truly does make the very best sourdough breads I've ever made and also the best pizza dough. Definitely give it a try and you will not be disappointed. I was paying much more for King Arthur brand and I do love that but the cost is half with this flour and the results are even better. I just really hope they NEVER stop selling it at my warehouse.

I started using this bread flour as I was about to run out of King Arthur bread flour which has always been my go-to. I noticed when I was scooping it out of the bag and trying to level it that it did not want to level very easily in my measuring cup. I poured it in my sifter and noticed there were clumps. See the attached pictures. They sifted though and I proceeded to make my bread. To be honest I did not notice a difference in the rise or taste of my bread with the King Arthur or the Sam's brand. Just be sure to sift your flour.

I am unable to give a review when I received a bag that expired 5/16/25. I called customer service. I was told they would send me a replacement bag. Today, I received my new bag with the exact same expired date on it! I just wanted to leave everyone know to check the date on the bag when you receive your order.

I couldn't believe the price for this 25lb bag of bread flour. I was hoping for the best. Well, WOW and WOW. I have been baking breads since receiving and ALL of my baked goods have turned out to be outstanding. I am very impressed with this bread flour. I definitely will purchase again!

I make bread and pizza dough on a regular basis. Glad you sell this in 25 lb bags
