Ive been using this bread flour for 11 years for my business and it has been the best for my business there is nothing to compare it too! it my ultimate favorite

The last 2 bags of Members Mark bread flour Item # 980075195. From Hendersonville NC store has had a mildew/mold smell. Unfortunately I won't be buying again. I am hoping this doesn't get swept under the rug and ignored.

This isn't bread flour, it is all purpose flour in different packaging. Bread flour typically has a higher protein content; 12-14% as opposed to this which has only 10% (same as their AP flour). Also not a fan of bleached flour in general.

Good bread flour at a good price - I just wish they sold it in the stores. Made sourdough bread, pizza dough and english muffins so far and all went very well.

other than being from grains sprayed with pesticides this is a good QTY to bake with
