Enriched and Bleached. No good, bring back Dakota Maid bread flour please!!!! My sourdough bread hasn't not been the same since you got rid of the good stuff.

I use this flour for everything! Not just bread but all my baking, cookies etc come out better with this flour! My Sam's in Spring Hill no longer sells this so we drive all the way to Port Richey but its worth it!

This isn't bread flour, it is all purpose flour in different packaging. Bread flour typically has a higher protein content; 12-14% as opposed to this which has only 10% (same as their AP flour). Also not a fan of bleached flour in general.

Good bread flour at a good price - I just wish they sold it in the stores. Made sourdough bread, pizza dough and english muffins so far and all went very well.

What kind of grain is this flour made of?? I have another recipe and would like to know if it will work 🤔 I’ve had my bread machine for years, just never used it. Found a good recipe online and decided to try it with this flour. Made wonderful bread, and so easy. Glad I gave it a try.

Excellent for bagels and has more value than smaller bags if you bake a lot.
