Works well but doesn’t rise as much as king Arther flour does. It’s a good alternative if you can’t get King Arther flour.

Purchased to make bread. You need lots of space for 25 lbs of flour so we use the empty pork rind jars also bought at Sam’s.

PLEASE make this in an unbleached flour version. I almost bought this and then realized it was bleached flour. Unbleached is so much better for bread making.

It is bleached. It does not state the protein content. Which wheat is used? Spring, red? I miss Dakota Maid as it has been half the price of King Arthur with the same quality. This product, though, is not well marked of an unknown providence.

The last 2 bags of Members Mark bread flour Item # 980075195. From Hendersonville NC store has had a mildew/mold smell. Unfortunately I won't be buying again. I am hoping this doesn't get swept under the rug and ignored.

Just started into making sourdough and purchaed this before reading the reviews. From my limited experience this works vwry well. I did try a bag of KA but couldn't see or taste any difference. The price was excellent.
