Please make an unbleached version!!! The price can't be beat but for my sourdough I only use unbleached

I bake everything from scratch. This flour makes great breads, pizza, bagels, english muffins...the list goes on! Love the price too!

Wow a lof of Bread Flour for the price and it worked great on my sour dough bread. Made 6 loaves instead of 4 with my regular recipe

I use this flour for everything! Not just bread but all my baking, cookies etc come out better with this flour! My Sam's in Spring Hill no longer sells this so we drive all the way to Port Richey but its worth it!

Enriched and Bleached. No good, bring back Dakota Maid bread flour please!!!! My sourdough bread hasn't not been the same since you got rid of the good stuff.

Why would you change the bread flour you were carrying? Dakota Mills was awesome and it wasn't bleached. Now we only have yours which is bleached??? Who uses bleached anymore, totally not MAHA!

I make homemade bread with this flour. I also use it like all purpose flour in other recipes. It makes really good bread and seems to be great moxed woth other kinds of flour, too.
