I use this flour every week to make dough for my hand tossed pizzas. It my a great crisp crust

Excellent price. Vacuum packaged flour in 5 pound bags and put in our freezer.

Price based its s decent flour but don't expect it to work as well a good quality bread flour.

I make bread weekly and this flour works great!! Only flour I've used for years.
