If you are an avid bread baker, this is the flour for you. The cheapest retail priced flour in the market.

Purchased to make bread. You need lots of space for 25 lbs of flour so we use the empty pork rind jars also bought at Sam’s.

Works well but doesn’t rise as much as king Arther flour does. It’s a good alternative if you can’t get King Arther flour.
