Recently the cauliflower brand has switched to members mark and the quality is not the same. The color of the cauliflower is not white it has a tinge of yellow that is noticeable.

We do not like this product. The bags themselves have a strong smell of plastic which makes the cauliflower smell the same. This cannot be good your health.

Low Carb, can be add to many dishes just add extra seasoning for best result. Added benefits less calories and benefit of eating vegetable. Holds any flavor well. Add it with your rice dishes, mashed potatoes sauce … Gives it volume and nobody can tell there is vegetable added. Can be added in many dishes without affecting flavor. I always have it in my freezer. One of my staple.

I like the Sam’s Club riced cauliflower best because of the size of the 4 individual packages. As a side dish, this is perfect for the two of us. Also, we often add shrimp or ham plus eggs, chopped onion and seasonings to make a fried rice dish as the main part of our meal.

This is an awesome alternative to rice. I made it with some chicken breast and Indian Butter Sauce. I did not microwave it in the bag, as microwaving plastic with your food puts chemicals in the food. I moved it to a pyrex dish and put a cover over it while heating in microwave.

My family and I enjoy a low carb/carnivore lifestyle. We love to microwave this riced cauliflower and then throw it on our Members Mark griddle with avocado oil, lime, salt, and cilantro. It goes so well with Members Mark wild caught salmon and some avocado slices. This is a pretty versatile product. You could add cheese to it or butter and garlic, add it to casseroles, and burrito bowls.

Turns out perfect everytime. I mix with long grain white rice and no one knows they are eating cauliflower. Great buy with four servings per package. I would recommend to all who are trying to cut carbs. Tastes great even if you don't mix with whte rice.

This is the best frozen riced cauliflower around, and so versatile!

Excellent substitute for rice. Made it into pork fried cauliflower rice and it was a hit!
