Excellent substitute for rice. Made it into pork fried cauliflower rice and it was a hit!

This riced cauliflower is easy to cook and tasty with a variety of seasonings.

This is okay, but not impressed enough to buy again.

the individual bags makes this an easy product to keep in our deep freezer and bring up when we are ready to use.

I’ve honestly never bought riced cauliflower before so there’s that……I use this in place of rice in stir fry. Fills the void without the carbs.

Recently the cauliflower brand has switched to members mark and the quality is not the same. The color of the cauliflower is not white it has a tinge of yellow that is noticeable.

We do not like this product. The bags themselves have a strong smell of plastic which makes the cauliflower smell the same. This cannot be good your health.
