A great substitute for carbohydrate burdened rice. I add a wee bit of butter, onion pwdr, maybe even diced celery, and toss a piece of grilled salmon on top! Or mix with vegetables and have as a stand-alone meal. Low carbs, low-sodium, fat-free, cholesterol-free. So you're craving that rich orange battered chicken, teriyaki dish ... soften the health blow by substituting the Jasmine or Bismati rice with Riced Cauliflower.

I use this cauliflower rice in all my recipes that used “rice”, in order to reduce my carbs and blood sugar. If you fry the rice with Avocado Oil until almost all the moisture is gone and it is just starting to turn a light brown, then it tastes more like regular rice and seems to keep longer after cooking.

Love the frozen cauliflower and that it comes in individual packages for about 3 cups per package. I use them for my lunch smoothies and the come out so delicious. So worth the price!

Good price compared with individual packages in the grocery stores. Easy prep and goes well with stir-fry dishes. Was missing it for awhile; so glad it's back!!

This is the best alternative for diabetics who have to cut out the starchy potatoes and pasta! The quality, texture and convenience cooks up perfectly in so many ways.

A staple we purchase every time we shop at Sam's! This frozen cauliflower rice is healthy and delicious and we have substituted all our rice dishes with this! The texture is perfect and it tastes good with all sorts of seasonings. This is coming from someone that doesn't even like cauliflower 🎉

Great for a rice substitute!!!

This is the worst cauliflower rice I've ever had. Way too crunchy! I have cooked in in the microwave in the steam bag and on the stovetop and still crunchy. I don't like my regular rice crunchy and I don't like this rice crunchy. Very disappointing and I won't be buying it again.

I relied on Sam's for riced cauliflower and was disappointed when they took so long to restock it. I used in place of rice %26 mashed potatoes for a healthy choice. I absolutely USE to love Member's Mark Riced Cauliflower before they changed manufactures. Now it's a watered down yellow disgusting mess. Threw out the remaining pouches - it was that bad. Member's Mark use to mean something and now not so much with them cutting corners to increase margins on most of their grocery items.

We do not like this product. The bags themselves have a strong smell of plastic which makes the cauliflower smell the same. This cannot be good your health.
