I use this cauliflower rice in all my recipes that used “rice”, in order to reduce my carbs and blood sugar. If you fry the rice with Avocado Oil until almost all the moisture is gone and it is just starting to turn a light brown, then it tastes more like regular rice and seems to keep longer after cooking.

This is the best alternative for diabetics who have to cut out the starchy potatoes and pasta! The quality, texture and convenience cooks up perfectly in so many ways.

A great substitute for carbohydrate burdened rice. I add a wee bit of butter, onion pwdr, maybe even diced celery, and toss a piece of grilled salmon on top! Or mix with vegetables and have as a stand-alone meal. Low carbs, low-sodium, fat-free, cholesterol-free. So you're craving that rich orange battered chicken, teriyaki dish ... soften the health blow by substituting the Jasmine or Bismati rice with Riced Cauliflower.
