I’ve never had cauliflower rice and boy oh boy to my surprise it’s so good

Oh so good.

The color is sort of yellowish. It looks like it’s was ether defrosted and refroze or it is old.

Not the greatest

We do not like this product. The bags themselves have a strong smell of plastic which makes the cauliflower smell the same. This cannot be good your health.

Frozen cauliflower

I use this cauliflower rice in all my recipes that used “rice”, in order to reduce my carbs and blood sugar. If you fry the rice with Avocado Oil until almost all the moisture is gone and it is just starting to turn a light brown, then it tastes more like regular rice and seems to keep longer after cooking.
