I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

This is a well-designed kayak with a solid build quality. It comfortably accommodates two people and offers excellent stability on the water. Its flexibility makes it easy to maneuver, making it a great choice for both beginners and experienced paddlers.

My Kayak is great, but customer support the likes of which I received from Hunter elevates my experience to "Excellent"! Call volumes are very high, but he was very helpful and polite! Hunter is an excellent representative of the company and should be promoted immediately!

We bought a Lifetime tandem kayak about two years ago, and have enjoyed it greatly. However, in transit, one of our hatch covers must have blown off. With a quick email to Lifetime, including a description and model number, Lifetime replaced the hatch cover for us free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

I have this kayak which I love . About a month ago I lost one of the hatch covers on the way home. I contacted customer service about a replacement. They contacted me back and told me one was on it's way at no charge! Totally unexpected, wow! this company stands behind its product and has great customer service! I’ve bought the Kayak over 2 years ago and on the last trip one of the seat clips got lost My mistake and when I’ve contacted them to find out where I can order a replacement They send me replacements for the whole kayak for free That’s standing behind your product I’m a customer for life Thanks again

We have 3 Lifetime Kayaks, 2 singles (a Hydros 85 and a Triton 100) and 1 tandem an Envoy 106). Our home backs up to a freshwater canal and my wife and I along with friends use them frequently. They are stable and fun to operate. We have also been very pleased with responses from the Lifetime Team when needed.

We bought a Lifetime Tandem Kayak and during its first use, the pads for the seat pulled out of their tabs and we lost them. I chatted with a representative and explained what happened. Prepared to buy the pads, the rep said no problem and would place an order form me. Pad arrived just a few days later. Wish all companies would take notice of this way of doing business.

I bought two Lifetime kayaks, a single and a tandem. Both craft were sit on top models. Both kayaks are great and a blast to use. My biggest compliment is how they handled an issue that arose. One of the clips that locks the seat into place on the tandem craft was lost. I reached out to Lifetime and was responded to in an very quick manner. The service rep, Dany, was extremely helpful in identifying the part # and arranging for a replacement. Great customer service!

I have not used the kayak yet. I bought it early and have been waiting for it to warm up. I am hoping to use it in May. So far it is exactly what I had expected after looking at it online. Like I said, I haven't used it yet but I am kind of wishing there was an upgraded seat available, but I knew that when I bought it.
