I've had this kayak for a while now. i've used it in lakes and in the ocean. i've launched into surf with no problem (we did get wet). the seats got lost over time and customer service sent me new seats, no questions asked! its a bit heavy for one person but i've paddled out on it by myself. stable in the water. easy to add modifications. the only drawback is no netting or anything else inside the "storage holes"

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover. I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one. I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there. Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested. It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. My Kayak is great, but customer support the likes of which I received from Hunter elevates my experience to "Excellent"! Call volumes are very high, but he was very helpful and polite! Hunter is an excellent representative of the company and should be promoted immediately!

We bought a Lifetime tandem kayak about two years ago, and have enjoyed it greatly. However, in transit, one of our hatch covers must have blown off. With a quick email to Lifetime, including a description and model number, Lifetime replaced the hatch cover for us free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

We bought our first kayak, the Kokanee, from the first owner of it. We're really happy with it, it's easy to maneuver with one or two people and we've never been close to tipping it. It is a little heavy to load onto the top of our Jeep, but not unmanageable. The straps for the chairs were messed up when we got it and I called customer service to see about buying new straps for them. Ian was super helpful - he asked me for the numbers on the kayak and found that the kayak was still under warranty. So they sent me replacement straps for the chairs for free, even though I wasn't the original owner! This kayak and the customer service has made it easy for us to have fun kayaking and if we get another kayak we'll definitely look into the Lifetime products. Thanks Lifetime!

My family and I are building memories with our Lifetime kayak. One of the best investments we've made as a family and we couldn't be happier. What I love about our Kokanee is its versatility to shuffle the seats, in the case that you don't want to have two people on the kayak. You can move the seat to the middle position and take it out by your self. Its a great feature. Plenty of storage. Wont break your back packing it around. Love it. If you could put some money down of something and be guaranteed a heart full of memories. This would be it. -Cheers

I have not used the kayak yet. I bought it early and have been waiting for it to warm up. I am hoping to use it in May. So far it is exactly what I had expected after looking at it online. Like I said, I haven't used it yet but I am kind of wishing there was an upgraded seat available, but I knew that when I bought it.

I needed a few replacement parts and I was a little upset that I couldn't just order it from the website. So I reached out to customer service and Terry went above and beyond to see to my request. The kayak seems great and I have no hesitations but really I am just stoked there are companies that are still putting customer service as top priority. Thank you.

I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

Many problems, bought as tandem kayat for grandson. Unable to use because of its' weight(75 lbs) design(wide body) unable to use with any wave action on windy days, seat is terrible(after 20 minutes your back hurts), difficulty adding attachments like fishing pole holder/ trolling motor/better seating.
