I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

Perfect! Great tandem kayak for the entire family

I have 5 Lifetime Kayaks and all are great and have zero issues with them...I lost the seat on one and had trouble finding a replacement. Contact customer service and they took care of me. Its not just the product that makes a company great, its the people who run it!!

Great Customer Service

I've had this kayak for a while now.  i've used it in lakes and in the ocean.  i've launched into surf with no problem (we did get wet).  the seats got lost over time and customer service sent me new seats, no questions asked!  its a bit heavy for one person but i've paddled out on it by myself.  stable in the water.  easy to add modifications.  the only drawback is no netting or anything else inside the "storage holes"

Bought a kokanee kayak years ago and I happened to lost one of the seats so I contacted lifetime to see if they sold them because I can’t find the exact one anywhere. CS sent me one at no charge! My family and I are building memories with our Lifetime kayak. One of the best investments we've made as a family and we couldn't be happier. What I love about  our Kokanee is its versatility to shuffle the seats, in the case that you don't want to have two people on the kayak. You can move the seat to the middle position and take it out by your self. Its a great feature. Plenty of storage. Wont break your back packing it around. Love it. If you could put some money down of something and be guaranteed a heart full of memories. This would be it. -Cheers

The funnest summer.Ever!

We bought a Lifetime Tandem Kayak and during its first use, the pads for the seat pulled out of their tabs and we lost them. I chatted with a representative and explained what happened. Prepared to buy the pads, the rep said no problem and would place an order form me. Pad arrived just a few days later. Wish all companies would take notice of this way of doing business.

I have this kayak which I love . About a month ago I lost one of the hatch covers on the way home. I contacted customer service about a replacement. They contacted me back and told me one was on it's way at no charge! Totally unexpected, wow! this company stands behind its product and has great customer service! Many problems, bought as tandem kayat for grandson.
