[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features: + Two key features: 1) The instadoor access and 2) Full-convert drawer are very convenient. + Fruits stay fresh for long. +/- Like the predefined water filling feature. However, the preset does not hold the memory. So, if you press 8oz and fill. Once it fills, you need to press 8oz again or else, if you presume it will only dispense 8oz, that will be a problem. Also, the water filter even after flushing out water for a long time tastes funny. - The ice balls are not exactly spherical. They are 3/4th and then flat/as if a sphere is cut off. - the factory fit refrigerator came with a screw missing. That is a quality miss, and not appropriate. (It is one of the two/three structural screws that holds freezer door panel to the frame.) We are yet to find out more as we use (and hence may update the review)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I needed more frig and freezer space. I definitely got that with this! I love the quick access door-in-door feature. This only downsize is it does not make much regular ice I guess, because of the craft ice feature.

Very versatile refrigerator‼️. I love the drawer that can be either a freezer or refrigerator compartment. The door in door feature is also outstanding! I can grab milk or juice without loosing the cold on the inside of the refrigerator. The vegetable and fruit storage work fantastic! I hope to have and use this refrigerator for a long time!

Wow....not only surprised by how QUIET the unit is but how much I enjoy "Peeking" into the unit to check on how many snack's are still available, after the Kids finish playing with it!!! Lots and lots of room and continue to enjoy the Ice Production features....lots of Kids drinks!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pondered at length about spending the extra money on the extra features of this refrigerator. I am so happy that I did. It is a joy in so many ways. I love the flexibility of the ice maker. The door-in-door feature is used three times more than opening the big door thus conserving the cool and electricity. The extra drawer with temperature control allows me the flexibility to stock up on items when I am planning a party or big dinner. The freezer has adequate space for my shopping needs. I absolutely love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks nice, but the ice bin is very small. The craft ice stopped working after about 18 months. The top freezer drawer fan stopped working after 24 months. I'm finding the freezer fans are out of stock most places. This tells me everyone is having the same problem. (Manufacture defect) just like the ice makers. Not impressed with the quality. We had the previous fridge for about 16 years before it's first problem.

I have had my refrigerator for around 7 months now and it works really well. I have it connected to the ThinQ app which lets me run diagnosis and change temp from the app. We love the craft ice however that broke recently but LG sent me a new one to replace the broken one under warranty.

Bought in March of 2023…..loved it until December….the Ice maker went out….freezer quit….groceries are expensive I had to throw away everything….called place we bought it from had to wait almost 11/2 weeks to get service….they come and not able to fix it…they called LG…..they set up a service call but have to wait another 2weeks….very disappointing that we have to wait a month for this to be fixed…

I have had my fridge for a few months now and I’m very pleased with it. I like being able to change the drawer to either refrigerator or freezer. The craft ice is really neat however mine broke. I contacted LG under warranty and they sent a replacement right away with no hassles. I have synced my fridge to the Thin-Q app and I’m able to change temps on fridge and freezer. I can run diagnostics on the app also. Overall I’m real happy with my purchase.
