I love the size of the refrigerator and most of the features, but I'm having problems with 2 of my 3 ice options. When I use crushed ice often it jams the ice maker and stops producing ALL ICE!!!! I have to unstick the cubes that are in the tray so they will bump and start making ice again. The problem is you don't know the crushed ice jammed the ice maker until you got to get ice and nothing in the door holder to dispense! The craft ice has just stopped working. I tried all of the fixes listed in the manual and it has not resolved the issue. The instaview door is convenient but does not keep those items as cold as the refrigerator does. I do love the smudge proof finish!!!! Be prepared to preplace the filters every 5-6 months. They are sleek and don't take up refrigerator spce though. It's not even a year old and looks like I'll be calling for service on the craft ice maker!

I'm a big fan of the iceball unit in the freezer. The finish on the stainless is next to surgical quality. L G you've engineered a beautiful and functional piece of furniture.

It is a great treat to get this craft ball ice for any of your fancy drinks. But for some reason that not even the technician can explain, this is our 3 ice maker. Let’s cross fingers and hope this time will last more than 2 months! The rest of the fridge is amazing!!!

I LOVE the flex drawer!!! It's great for frozen pizzas if I know the kids are having extra people over or for me to chill some wine when I have my friends over!! My husband loves the craft ice! He is like a little kid all over again when he comes home from work. Also the access to the water filter is so convenient. I love that it is in the door now and not at the top of the inside. I had the hardest time reaching it when it was up high. Now I have no issues changing the water filter. Also the fact that the water is measured out is so so convenient. Makes my cooking and baking go all the faster!

We can do so without letting cold air out. I love the Full Convert Drawer. I have used it as an extension of the refrigerator, as a freezer & it is a great place to store party platters. The craft ice is a family & friends favorite! People are fascinated by those round cubes that melt slowly in your drink. The regular ice cube maker & dispenser completes the process. Finally, the deep freezer drawer is wonderful and the surprise shelf that you have access to as you open the freezer is very nice!!

The dual ice is great for entertaining and the fact that the ice is in the door gives me so much more room in my fridge for more food. I only have one refrigerator and this one holds more than any that I have had in the past.

Not sure if it can be set to make more cubes. Not enough shelf adjustments. Had to remove one shelf to make room for taller items.

Craft ice maker is broken, so noisy it sounds like a loud pounding when it operates, freezer compressor is going out, and a delay in getting replacement parts.

My husband was skeptical about this major purchase. He did not think we needed all the features. However, LG has gained a new satisfied customer. This LG appliance offer more than having a basic refrigerator. *Three types of Ice- round Craft Ice, crushed ice & standard cubes. My guests absolutely love selecting the ice of their choice. *Full-Convert Drawer- With the high price of groceries, I able to purchase larger quantities at a lower price and have room for storage. *InstaView -My favorite feature, knock on the door and see your selection of drinks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge. Love the size. Really like the two ice makers. The flex drawer is very handy and we use it for cheese and lunchmeat. We are having some issues with the ice maker in the door. We think it is freezing up. This time the bin was completely empty of ice and of course would to dispense. Two days later I look in the bin and there is ice again and now it dispenses. We are confused about it. But all and all we love this fridge.
