[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in the market for a new fridge last December. Found this one and loved all the features. The craft ice maker has been a huge hit. The bottom freezer is very spacious. We use the middle drawers as extra fridge space for meat and cheeses. We lost water for a few hours - I received a call/text from LG asking if we needed assistance for repair. No issues, but very cool that they detected something wasn’t right.

It was everything I wanted and then some. All the features of this refrigerator lived up to its billing. What made the refrigerator a five star for me was the brilliant customer service I received after the purchase. LG has done an outstanding job of helping me when I had questions about the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the ice maker is in the door, gives me a lot more room in my fridge than my old one. The round ice in the freezer is really cool. I love the option the the drawer can be used as a fridge of freezer, currently it has soda in it.

My husband was skeptical about this major purchase. He did not think we needed all the features. However, LG has gained a new satisfied customer. This LG appliance offer more than having a basic refrigerator. *Three types of Ice- round Craft Ice, crushed ice & standard cubes. My guests absolutely love selecting the ice of their choice. *Full-Convert Drawer- With the high price of groceries, I able to purchase larger quantities at a lower price and have room for storage. *InstaView -My favorite feature, knock on the door and see your selection of drinks. Trying to get a convenient repair date is less than satisfying.. I work in patient care and have to give a two week notice for time off and you don't book out past 2 days

The refrigerator is great, except for the Craft Ice Maker. We bought this unit because of its size and the Craft Ice Feature. For those unfamiliar with LG's Craft Ice Maker, it produces ice balls in the freezer compartment. However, we have had the Craft Ice Maker replaced once and now it's not working again. We're awaiting LG service to check it. The unit also has through the door ice, crushed ice and water. In addition, it can automatically dispense water in a variety of quantities. A really nice feature is the convertible drawer that can be refrigerated or made a freezer compartment. We use as refrigerator space. The large size of this unit makes it very useful for a big family.

We have been told that we need new ice maker. The ice maker replacement is back ordered for several months. LG is helping us resolve issue. All other features on this refrig are great. We love how Roomy it is and the door on front is great to access the items needed. Do your research and read review as the ICE MAKER might be an issue for anyone who purchases.

I love that the second drawer can convert to freezer when needed and I am in love with the sleek design. Guests are always amazed of its craft ice feature! Also, print proof!!

Love how much space and how many things you can fit into it, all with still feeling like it’s not full. Would have given a five star review but wifi features will not work and have tried several times, all with no resolve to tue issue.

I bought the LG LRMVS3006D and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! The 'Knock, Knock' is GREAT! I love it so much, my wife wishes I would stop it, LOL. The craft ice is perfect for a nice drink after along day! Customer Service is also AMAZING!!! I was missing the bin for the craft ice, they sent one out immediately! Looking forward to many years with "Lucy".
