[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with the space saving middle drawer and freezer tray. Food items often get lost in the bottom of the freezer; out-of-sight. The added freezer tray keeps frequently used foods a finger-tip access while the remaining freezer space can be used for other storage. The refrigerator is similarly designed to provide easy access to frequently used items. Thank you LG for providing such a well designed refrigerator. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me longer to receive my new refrigerator than anticipated, but when I did receive it, it was well worth the wait. It was everything I wanted and then some. All the features of this refrigerator lived up to its billing. What made the refrigerator a five star for me was the brilliant customer service I received after the purchase. LG has done an outstanding job of helping me when I had questions about the refrigerator.

We invested in a quality refrigerator for our family and like all the features this unit provides. It looks great, the craft ice maker is a hit and the see-through window easily puts favorite items at a moment's reach. The temperature setting maintain our food at a consistent temperature and the freezer space is more than enough. Highly recommend it for those serious about a quality and good looking fridge.

I only wish the ice bin was larger as we seem to run out pretty quick on some days...but nothing a bag of ice can't take care of. The Craft Ice was something I thought I wanted, but realized, it is something I now know I need....we love the craft ice and it's perfect for not only cocktails but for water bottles.

We love this fridge so much, it is the 2nd one we purchased. Our first was in a home we recently sold. The fridge was always a positive feature of the kitchen. When we moved, we bought another one for our new home. We love it. We love storing everyday drinks, etc in the preview door area. The fridge is large enough to store a lot of stuff. The freezer is also roomy. And we love the convertible drawer. And let's not forget the craft ice maker!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 15 year old unit with this one. It is amazing how I get 5+ cu ft of more room in the same footprint. I am really enjoying the flexibility with the Full-Convert drawer. I love the three ice options, cube, crushed and craft. The craft ice took 3+ days for the first batch, but has been dropping every 24 hours since. So far the whole family is thrilled with the new refrigerator.

The app that connects to it via wifi is great too it warns you if a door is left open too long and let's you adjust settings and temperatures from anywhere. And the door in door is great for stuff like drinks so you don't have to open the full door out to get a drink. The only thing they could improve on is the dividers in the snack drawer there's no way to lock them in place, and the shelves on the ice maker if they were only 1/2 in deeper they would be a lot more useful, as it is its hard to squeeze a small bottle of ketchup in one of them.

The refrigerator is great, except for the Craft Ice Maker. We bought this unit because of its size and the Craft Ice Feature. For those unfamiliar with LG's Craft Ice Maker, it produces ice balls in the freezer compartment. However, we have had the Craft Ice Maker replaced once and now it's not working again. We're awaiting LG service to check it. The unit also has through the door ice, crushed ice and water. In addition, it can automatically dispense water in a variety of quantities. A really nice feature is the convertible drawer that can be refrigerated or made a freezer compartment. We use as refrigerator space. The large size of this unit makes it very useful for a big family.

Even though it did take several days for the craft ice to acclimate, we do enjoy having the extra ice. The ice maker in the door is definitely not adequate for a family over 3. It is adequate for 2 , maybe we use lots of ice. If your family uses many 2 liter bottles, you will be disappointed with the height of the shelves. The shelf spacing is awkward. I would advise you to inspect for your needs. We do enjoy the middle drawer, it does provide for easy access to items used often. The wifi is hard to connect, but doesn’t really accomplish much. The information on display for freezer, refrigerator information does not display the internal temperature, but rather the set temperature. We would buy again

I purchased a new fridge a few weeks ago and I love the new features. It's nice to have the drawer that can be freezer or cold goods. I like being able to access the door items on the right without having to go in the fridge. The craft ice is an added bonus in addition to the ice door. Over all satisfied with my purchase
