[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I entered the store prior to my wife and immediately loved the look of the frig. My wife entered and said it was too expensive at this time. After a few hugs and kisses from my son we purchased it. Once we got it home my wife and son was so happy they immediately loaded it up. My daughter who is off in college came home and loved it once she saw it. We have used the front door feature more than anything so far. My wife loads the middle draw with wines and bottles of champagne and fell in love with the large ice cubes. This refrigerator has brought so many smiles to my family. There were so many other refrigerator that we could have purchased however, if anyone would ask which frig to purchase my answer would definitely be the LG. I just hope the light bulb last a long time because the children who are not children just comes by and tap on the glass just to see the light comes on. By the way it looks so good next to my walls (see photo attached)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator almost a month ago. It has all the room that anyone in a large household would need. The variable temperature drawer is great. 3 different types of ice. In reviews I saw a couple people not liking that the craft ice has a flat spot. Be realistic, it would be very near impossible to produce a complete ice sphere in a non commercial setting. The craft ice is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks nice, but the ice bin is very small. The craft ice stopped working after about 18 months. The top freezer drawer fan stopped working after 24 months. I'm finding the freezer fans are out of stock most places. This tells me everyone is having the same problem. (Manufacture defect) just like the ice makers. Not impressed with the quality. We had the previous fridge for about 16 years before it's first problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our LG frig in September and LOVE IT! I shopped around for quite a bit before I decided on this particular one. It has so much room, I feel like I have to much room now. The round ice ball feature is one of the exciting things about, call me strange but love that feature and it still has the regular ice features as well. The freezer still has enough space even with the deli/snack drawer.

I Bought this fridge on 9/21/2023 and now i am on my 3rd replacement. First one came dented on the front door.Second one came the exact same way.Now i am waiting for the 3rd one.All my appliances are LG i love the brand but this is a disaster,to pay 4,000 for a poorly damaged fridge is very bad!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size! We are a family of 5 adults and it fits a lot of food. My previous was a side by side and always found it difficult to access the fridge side. Now it’s a breeze. Only thing I didn’t like was, the drawers and doors have to be pushed close and was not automatic especially the door in door. Otherwise pretty happy!

I bought this refrigerator about 1 and half years ago and so excited with it's look. Everything worked very well until the craft ice maker broken down four months later. Called LG tech and got it replaced on last December 2021. The new craft ice maker working very well until a year later 12/2022 it broke down again. Called LG again for service and been waiting for tech to come sometime next week. It's still under warranty so no charge on these two replacements. Good service LG! But calling for service is a thing to consider because it takes to much time and a phone call sounds awful as it is from overseas. LG needs to redesign this craft ice maker somehow, I guess. And I cross my fingers for the second replacement. Other than that everything else has been working as it means to be, so far. Hope this helps someone wants the refrigerator with craft ice maker rethinks.

My husband was skeptical about this major purchase. He did not think we needed all the features. However, LG has gained a new satisfied customer. This LG appliance offer more than having a basic refrigerator. *Three types of Ice- round Craft Ice, crushed ice & standard cubes. My guests absolutely love selecting the ice of their choice. *Full-Convert Drawer- With the high price of groceries, I able to purchase larger quantities at a lower price and have room for storage. *InstaView -My favorite feature, knock on the door and see your selection of drinks. Thanks LG, for being creative and thinking of your customers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very big fridge inside with lots of storage. I have had it for 8 months and have not had consistent craft ice. Finally I called cause it was supposed to give 6 at a time and it wouldn’t do it. their suggestion was drop it to -4 degrees. Why I dunno but I did. Still not much, then they sent out a tech cause they said something was wrong with it after they did a test remotely? And the tech came out and said I needed a new ice maker. But when he left it stopped working all together. Too one works bottom one doesn’t. It supposed to be fixed in a week. Other than that. Great fridge. But I’m not holding my breath I’m sure something else will fall apart in a few months.
