[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator almost a month ago. It has all the room that anyone in a large household would need. The variable temperature drawer is great. 3 different types of ice. In reviews I saw a couple people not liking that the craft ice has a flat spot. Be realistic, it would be very near impossible to produce a complete ice sphere in a non commercial setting. The craft ice is great.

The refrigerator looks great and I really like the option of having the drawer be either a refrigerator or freezer. Unfortunately there is a cooling issue where the InstaView door section is approx. 5-6 degrees warmer than the interior section. If you set the refrigerator temp to standard 37 degrees the door section can get to 42-43 degrees which causes milk to spoil. The only option is to make the interior section really cold at 33 to get the door section to be around 38-39. The local LG technician (Kenneth) stated this is normal due to the LG design of the refrigerator.

I had been looking at the 30 ci LG , we purchased it and had the one included with or home placed in the garage. The LG is a beautiful and efficient addition to our new home

I honestly thought the craft ice would be a novelty and wouldn't use it much. But now I find myself rarely using the ice machine from the door. The outside small door accessing the door is super useful as well. Then having the ice maker built into the door creates so much room within the fridge itself.

The bottom freezer is very spacious. We use the middle drawers as extra fridge space for meat and cheeses. We lost water for a few hours - I received a call/text from LG asking if we needed assistance for repair. No issues, but very cool that they detected something wasn’t right.

Love how much space and how many things you can fit into it, all with still feeling like it’s not full. Would have given a five star review but wifi features will not work and have tried several times, all with no resolve to tue issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, but love it! Very quiet running with the linear compressor. I didn't think it would have as much room in it as my old one, but I was wrong. This thing holds a lot! The in the door ice maker and water dispenser are absolutely great! And the craft ice maker in the freezer drawer does a great job making those round ice balls! I'm glad I found this one after my old refrigerator quit cooling in the upper part. The view in door is also a great feature. I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but I sure do! Quick and easy to get things out that I most use without letting all the cold air out.

It’s beautiful, big & with the space I have inside I can organize everything. It keeps my veggies & fruits fresh longer. The ice maker is fantastic. It’s very quiet. I brim with joy every time I see my ref.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very spacious fridge along with craft ice balls. All my guests adore the craft ice for sure. Had an issue with cooling. Compressor was replaced as it’s a known problem. After that, it’s been golden.

For an advanced, connected fridge, it lacks some very important features: 1- No sensing and display of actual temperature in fridge or freezer sections 2- No alert when freezer drawer is not completely closed. Problems with icemaker and bad repair service so far.
