Best Fridge Ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In shopping for our new fridge we had a list of wants and musts. This fridge meet all our checkboxes. Here is what we love: - Exterior- beautiful design- the water/ice dispenser area is tall enough for our sports bottles and pitcher. The knocking feature for the light gives a quick view. The quick access door-in-door allows us to quickly grab what we need without having to get into the fridge. The 3 bins are huge and holds large gallon milk, juices, wine bottles,... -Inside- spacious, glass shelves that are easily removable, deep veg/fruit bins are removable as well for easy cleaning. The ice maker on this is inside the left door so top left corner of fridge is avail space. I placed a 14' lazy susan there for all my condiments with lots of room to spare. - Middle drawer- convertible drawer that has separate controller to be whatever you need it to be. Fridge or freezer. Has 2 movable dividers to keep things organized. - Freezer- deep bin with a movable divider. Large tray that slides out above for better organization. Built in 2nd ice maker that makes ice balls. Perfect for sports bottles and drinks as it melts slower. Quietly drops 3 or 6 balls per day per your setting. These were a big hit yesterday for Christmas. Overall: Spaciouse, high quality, beautifully designed and functional fridge. Highly recommend!
Love this refrigerator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator. Purchased a similar one in our last house from LG that did not have the extra cooling drawer and it was a great refrigerator - never any issues in the three years before we moved. With the extra cooling drawer it is even a better refrigerator. More options on using the drawer and keeps everyone from opening the refrigerator all the way and standing deciding what they want for lunch. The door-in-door option is great also - same reason as previous. Have always had good luck with LG products in the past
Hi, Greg! Thanks for sharing the love for your LG refrigerator—it is wonderful to hear that the extra cooling drawer and door-in-door features are making lunchtime decisions so much easier for your family. We are thrilled to be a consistently reliable part of your home. If you ever need anything down the road, feel free to reach out to @LGUSSupport. ^James
Craft icemaker failed within months of purchase
While the rest of the firdge is good, the included craft icemaker failed within months of purchase. Now it sits there occupying space that could be used for other frozen stuff. Also, the center flap between the two doors sometimes does not flap closed when the left door closes resulting in a big clump of useless ice in the indoor ice maker
Hi! Glad to hear the overall performance of your fridge is keeping things cool in your home. We appreciate you bringing the issues with the craft ice maker and door flap to our attention, and we will certainly pass your feedback along to our product team for review. Please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com if you need further assistance. ^James
