Hi Pamela, we understand you shared your experience with your LG LRMVS3006S 30 cu. ft. Smart InstaView Door‑in‑Door Refrigerator with Craft Ice, and thank you for taking a moment to tell us about it. This model offers standout features like the InstaView window, large 30 cu. ft. capacity, Full‑Convert Drawer, and dual ice makers designed to keep plenty of ice on hand. Hi, Cathy. Thank you for sharing your feedback and rating regarding your LG Refrigerator, model LRMVS3006S. We understand your inquiry and experience with inconsistent ice production from both your craft ice maker and top ice maker, as well as your service repair visits. To help support consistent ice production, we recommend verifying that the freezer temperature remains set at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit (-18 degrees Celsius) to allow proper ice harvesting cycles. Additionally, ensuring that your home water supply line pressure is stable and checking that the water filter is replaced every six months can prevent slow water filling that delays ice making. Hello. Thank you for sharing your feedback and rating regarding your LG Refrigerator, model LRMVS3006S. To help address freezer cooling issues and defrost errors, we recommend performing a manual defrost by unplugging the refrigerator for twenty-four hours while storing your perishables in an alternate location, leaving the doors open to allow any accumulated ice on the internal evaporator coils to melt completely. Additionally, verifying that the back wall vents inside the freezer are not blocked by food items can restore the critical airflow needed to maintain freezing temperatures. For further diagnostic support and step-by-step checks to resolve defrost issues, please refer to our dedicated guide at https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-refrigerator-freezer-not-cold-enough--20155014481733?srsltid=AfmBOoop4jy3vEpCN9RfsZoWXn4ruTeLr4SJi_LfgZ_Dygn66RAU--G8.
