[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for just about a year and we have been very happy with it. We did have the ball ice maker go out and when we called LG they had someone out to replace it no charge to us. We were very happy with our costumer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this refrigerator last month. It was an excellent purchase. The unit is a full 36 inches deep which allows for more food. The ice makers are terrific. Yes that is plural makers. One ice maker produces the standard everday life size cubes and the other makes round cubes.

The door in door is so convenient and saves you electricity not having to open up the whole refrigerator. The french doors make it easy to see what is in the refrigerator and easier access. The great filter makes the water actually taste good. The deli drawer and freezer drawers allow you to actually see what you have in the freezer instead of having to remove stuff in front to see what is in back. And of course it makes round ice cubes.

We bought this refrigerator after doing a ton of research. This refrigerator met all our needs and more. It fit perfectly in our kitchen space and since we upgraded all of our kitchen appliances to LG products that was a plus as well. Would 100% recommend this refrigerator.

I got in August from Costco, after delivery I let the fridge rested for 24h before power up. The fridge run so quite, the craft ice unit is excellent. I set 3 ices a day , it's came out so clear. Most people complaint the ice is not 100 round but it's normal because water will over flow in the mould. I like feature select water 4,8,16 32 Oz perfect to make coffee in the morning or for cooking. The ice unit on top work great not like Samsung. I got the LG fridge first time in 2004 and run very good until today. Today 2 have 2 fridges LG in my kitchen. We love it.

I use to struggle to fit all of my produce in the bins without squishing them but the bins are huge and I have room to spare. The window in front is handy for items I use frequently without having to open the doors every time. The middle drawer is great for cheeses and deli items and so convenient, again without having to open all the doors of the fridge to access them. The craft ice is a bonus and fun to use in drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit when we moved in July 1st. Solid unit took some time to get used to the shelving set up. Would be 5 stars but the ice maker in the freezer that makes my craft ice had broken before the year's end.

Love the look, holds a lot. Disappointed you can’t fit a bottle of wine without removing a shelf in the refrigerator. The middle drawer is a huge plus for our household. We do store the unopened wine in it. Both ice makers really nice and works well. Water comes out at a nice pace.

The craft ice is great for our water bottles because it lasts so long. The InstaView is great for items we use frequently. I am using the converter drawer for butter, cheese, lunch meat, cream cheese, etc. it is so handy. I took one half of a shelf out to create a space for tall items. Truly love everything about this refrigerator.

I Love the Frig, especially the Baller Ice, I do have a Problem the Back Panel on the inside is loose n there is no support on the shelves at this point have only had it installed for about 6 weeks. Not sure if it’s a design issue or just a lemon. As far as the appearance n everything else I love hope it can be resolved
