[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in July 2021 and it was finally delivered in February 2022! Definitely worth the wait. So far, it has been everything that was advertised. Really like the craft ice and the window in the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest plus is the size, 30cuft. It had plenty of space and the customization is fantastic. Only had the fridge for 2 months and no complaints to date. The view window is a great size and looks great in the kitchen.

It was everything I wanted and then some. All the features of this refrigerator lived up to its billing. What made the refrigerator a five star for me was the brilliant customer service I received after the purchase. LG has done an outstanding job of helping me when I had questions about the refrigerator.

My husband and I really love the layout and features of the refrigerator; with the freezer on the bottom and drawer between the freezer and fridge. The craft ice cubes are a great addition. We especially love the light that comes on when you knock on the door so you can see what’s inside without opening the door. You can customize the coolness options for different foods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG refrigerator replaced a Samsung unit that the Company would not stand behind. I’m actually glad the didn’t because the LG unit is far superior in looks and functions much better for our larger family.

I love the the apace and the mid size drawers that you can turn into a freezer if needed, that certainly comes in handy. I also like, love the craft ice and the door ice maker makes a lot of ice. Many great features you’ll love. The glass door was another feature that I thought I would not use much but it’s very convenient to use that door for your most used items however I can honestly say that I’ve not used the knock feature to light up the interior. I already know what’s inside so I think that feature is just great for marketing. The reason I gave this fridge a 2 star is because 6 months into it, the motor started making a loans humming noise. So loud I can hear it accesos the house. I had read several reviews that stated that but I through well maybe that’s just a defective unit but now it’s happening to me. This fridge has a an issue that LG has not corrected. I’m waiting on the tech to come fix it so we’ll see long tern what happens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had the FOURTH craft ice maker installed in less than one year!! When you pay that much for an appliance, I expect it to work properly! Terrible fridge. It should have been completely replaced, but instead, they just keep sending technicians that don’t know what they’re doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good, the window keeps my son from opening both door and staring for an eternity, it sometimes makes a weird noise but now realize that it is when it is making the round ice cubes which are awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our fridge for 5 months and we enjoy the features like door-in-door and the freezer on the bottom. The craft ice is a better-than-expected feature, though it has known design issues and has required replacement already. On the plus side, service was very fast and the craft ice maker was fullly replaced free of charge. The regular ice maker works fine. Lastly, the middle drawer is one of those features you didn't know you neded until you have it.

We bought it 6 months ago, had it delivered 3 months ago and, unfortunately, it stopped working 1 month ago, just before Thanksgiving. We had repairmen come 3 times and it still did not work. We bought it so far in advance because it had everything we wanted, and we had it delivered once we moved into our home, but it was a HUGE disappointment. We spent a lot of money on it and never expected it to so disappoint so quickly. We are now in the market for a new refrigerator. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!
