[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased last year It holds more than I expected. Two ice makers the upper one is on the small side but makes ice quickly.The craft ice is fun but not 100% round. It has so many options I don't know if I have discovered them all yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had LG kitchen appliances for years and just are so happy that we went ahead and got the refrigerator with the extra bells and whistles. I LOVE the flex drawer!!! It's great for frozen pizzas if I know the kids are having extra people over or for me to chill some wine when I have my friends over!! My husband loves the craft ice! He is like a little kid all over again when he comes home from work. Also the access to the water filter is so convenient. I love that it is in the door now and not at the top of the inside. I had the hardest time reaching it when it was up high. Now I have no issues changing the water filter. Also the fact that the water is measured out is so so convenient. Makes my cooking and baking go all the faster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator back in February 2023. I like it except the air filter cover is not properly attached and when I tried it it broke off. I’d like to get a new one replaced as it’s still under warranty

Fridge is great except it does not really have room for all your condiments;Be prepared to remove a shelf. Also have had an error “FF E” for a while. Support says to manually defrost for 7 hours. Thankfully I have a 2nd fridge for this. How over the error keeps returning. Support keeps “disconnecting “ but I will keep trying to get repairs. Fridge is not old at all. Outside all the issues, it’s nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest fridge we ever had! Spacious, beautiful inside and outside, so silent you can’t hear it. And it keeps its temperature very well. I have two Notion thermometers (in both the fridge and freezer section) which I monitor with my phone. The temperatures are exactly where I set them to be and are very stable. I’m so happy we made the investment!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than a year old and Craft Ice maker had to be replaced. I hope this is not a sign of things to come. That being said we really like our new refrigerator as space is definitely more useable than our older side by side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10 year old LG bit the dust over Snowvid 2021 and so we were on a mission for the Top O' the Line cooling device for the house. We never knew how many choices there were!! So overwhelming!! Tablets in a 'fridge? Who knew? I have enough electronics!! Well as we perused, the gentleman asked, "do you like craft ice"? It was that instant we both said "ummm yeah"! He said "let me show the CADILLAC of the refrigerator world!! Well ok then!! We have loved it every day since.. We love the KNOCK KNOCK we play and who doesn't love craft ice!! I also love the app, LG ThinQ! It lets me change how many craft balls the "Starship Enterprise" (yes she has a name) produces for the day and sets Ice Plus if we need more ice! I can keep an eye on the temp as well!! So awesome!! We couldn't be more pleased with our new addition!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After research and several discussions, my husband and I decided to purchase Our first LG refrigerator. Let me tell you, this was the best decision to made. I absolutely love the fact that there is so much storage space. The knock knock feature on the right door creates a huge buzz when we have company over. The middle drawer we have designated for our two year old. She gets a kick out of knowing she has her own section of the refrigerator specifically for her. Plus, it makes it easier for us and her so that she may grab whatever she wants out of the fridge. The motor makes very little noise. We have not used the ice maker/water dispenser as of yet, but we are making adjustments in the kitchen to be able to do so. Otherwise I am absolutely satisfied in my purchase!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a bundle as I’m redoing my kitchen I ran the refrigerator for 5 months and the compressor went out . I understand this a common problem with the linear inverter type. Waiting on the warranty repair.
