[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a LG French Door refrigerator but unfortunately sold it when moving. Our next home already had a refrigerator so we lived with it. It was bad with the vegetables and fruits spoiling within a week. I was so frustrated. I knew I needed to purchase another LG. Not only do I own a new LG French Door again but this one comes with a Cubed Ice Maker which we love in addition to the regular ice maker. The cubed ice looks like a golf ball and is very fun. But most important is how much room it has and my vegetables stay fresh much longer than I knew they would. Fantastic! Plus I love the Freezer part which is easy to organize and store things. Everything about it is perfect. Thank you LG!

The deli drawer and large freezer drawer. I have more room to store my foods and it is so quiet. Not to mention it looks great. I have been wanting this model for a long time and now my dream has come true. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is “thinking out purchasing one”.

We love the convertible drawer and especially the easy access door. All of our frequently used items are easily accessible and very organized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG refrigerator is amazing -- and definitely the best, most well-designed refrigerator I've ever owned. Here are the things I love about it... - INSTAVIEW: The InstaView feature is so, so cool! It seems like something too cool to be on an appliance in your kitchen. Simply knocking on the window magically shows the contents of the front section. I really didn't think I'd use this all that much, but I find myself using it all the time! Opening the InstaView door also saves energy which is nice, too. - PRE-MEASURED WATER: Who knew this was a feature??? I measure out 8 ozs of water every morning for my coffee maker. I was so tired of looking at the fill line on my measuring cup. Now, I just press the 8 oz button and boom...I have 8 ozs of water. - CRAFT ICE: In addition to the in-door ice maker, the craft ice maker in the freezer tray is really cool. We have it set on 3 per day and it makes 3 craft ice balls like clockwork each day. Our kids think these are so cool to put in their glasses. - SHELVES: The shelves are really easy to adjust and remove -- much easier than shelves I've dealt with in the past. - PHONE APP: Yes, there's an app for your refrigerator. It alerts you if the door was left open plus a lot of other things. You can even change the temperature settings. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my LG refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought an lg refrigerator June 7 delivery 15. Had less than 2 weeks The water was bad. LG technical ordered a new one. We are operating without a filter. Besides, we like upper ice maker but wish lower was faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pondered at length about spending the extra money on the extra features of this refrigerator. I am so happy that I did. It is a joy in so many ways. I love the flexibility of the ice maker. The door-in-door feature is used three times more than opening the big door thus conserving the cool and electricity. The extra drawer with temperature control allows me the flexibility to stock up on items when I am planning a party or big dinner. The freezer has adequate space for my shopping needs. I absolutely love this refrigerator!

We LOVE Fredericka Fridge (AKA Freddie), our new LG French door w Craft ice maker and the cool accessible door that response to two knocks. Took us a while: Freddie did NOT deliver ice within the 48 hours window, so we began to doubt her gender. At 72 hours, we called LG. Got great service, overall, but one technician suggested we reset freezer to 0C, when LG website suggests it should be -4C for best ice production. Nonetheless, scheduled a visit by LG service technician the next Wednesday. Over the weekend, Freddie, began delivering ice in the upper ice maker, and by Monday she was making Craft ice. So on Tuesday, we cancelled the visit of the LG technician. So far Freddie is fun and works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this fridge in the end of November. It was delivered in the beginning of March. I love it! The drawer is so convenient for freezer or chilling drinks. I can lock the water and ice from coming out the door so this way the kids cannot spill the water all over the kitchen floor. The ice in the bottom freezer makes phere type ice which is really cool. It does seem to only make 3 or 6 round cubes at a time and this is very time consuming.
