I only wish the ice bin was larger as we seem to run out pretty quick on some days...but nothing a bag of ice can't take care of. The Craft Ice was something I thought I wanted, but realized, it is something I now know I need....we love the craft ice and it's perfect for not only cocktails but for water bottles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge inside, very functional! We researched a lot and this fridge was the winner. We love the door-in-door, you will use it more than you think. The small drawer is a GREAT feature, don't have to bend down and dig in a big drawer for either cold or frozen items you access regularly. The craft ice is wonderful--lasts a LONG time in drinks, looks beautiful--you'll use these more than you think. It's also simply a beautiful-looking appliance. The quality of this fridge is exceptional.

It is a joy in so many ways. I love the flexibility of the ice maker. The door-in-door feature is used three times more than opening the big door thus conserving the cool and electricity. The extra drawer with temperature control allows me the flexibility to stock up on items when I am planning a party or big dinner. The freezer has adequate space for my shopping needs. I absolutely love this refrigerator!

One day it started making a noise in the craft ice maker, so I called and they walked me through down loading an app. it worked good for a few weeks and then started again. When I called again they sent a new ice maker with a web site on installation. It was very easy to do and now works like a charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this expensive high end fridge which looks great BTW, and performs well as a fridge and freezer. Since I have had it the deluxe ice maker has broken twice the first time after 10 weeks and the icemaker was replaced with a new icemaker the second time was 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty ran out. Now I am on my own even if I buy the extended warranty which BTW is over the top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this unit for a month, but it has been the highlight of our kitchen renovation which has taken months to complete (mostly due to Covid and shipping times of cabinets). Only issue is that, I was not getting craft ice after 72 hours but a simple reset of the in-freezer ice maker and I was all set in about 10 hours. We went from a single door refrigerator to the double doors so getting used to the lost door shelving space took a bit but the quality design and space on the interior made up for that rather quickly. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for a month and absolutely love it. The ease of changing settings is nice, and love the instaview window in the door. The different compartments are great for storing vegetables, fruit, cheese etc. Still learning all the features. Ice maker and ice dispenser are great as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 6 months ago and it has performed beutifully. We live in central Florida, east coast where we have a lot of lightening. After several storms, the ice maker quit. I used the app on my phone to chat with a representative. After a few questions, they were able to determine that a new ice maker was needed. A day later technician showed up confirmed the situation and because he didn't have the new model on his truck, he overnighted a new one to our hause. 2 days later he was back and installed it in a very short time.

I have had my fridge for a few months now and I’m very pleased with it. I like being able to change the drawer to either refrigerator or freezer. The craft ice is really neat however mine broke. I contacted LG under warranty and they sent a replacement right away with no hassles. I have synced my fridge to the Thin-Q app and I’m able to change temps on fridge and freezer. I can run diagnostics on the app also. Overall I’m real happy with my purchase.

The craft ice is great for our water bottles because it lasts so long. The InstaView is great for items we use frequently. I am using the converter drawer for butter, cheese, lunch meat, cream cheese, etc. it is so handy. I took one half of a shelf out to create a space for tall items. Truly love everything about this refrigerator.
