[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and purchased a full package of LG appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/microwave combo, washer & dryer, but have had major issues with the craft ice maker in the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After research and several discussions, my husband and I decided to purchase Our first LG refrigerator. Let me tell you, this was the best decision to made. I absolutely love the fact that there is so much storage space. The knock knock feature on the right door creates a huge buzz when we have company over. The middle drawer we have designated for our two year old. She gets a kick out of knowing she has her own section of the refrigerator specifically for her. Plus, it makes it easier for us and her so that she may grab whatever she wants out of the fridge. The motor makes very little noise. We have not used the ice maker/water dispenser as of yet, but we are making adjustments in the kitchen to be able to do so. Otherwise I am absolutely satisfied in my purchase!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so much bigger and deeper in size in both the refrigerator and so much more adaptable to things we could use that dual freezer/fridge middle drawer for. The ice and water in the door is great except the catchment basin could be bigger for spills. The craft ice is wonderful although it needs to be replaced as it stopped working after a few months. apparently we are not the only one with this issue.. The see-through door is convenient for daily things that get used a lot without opening the full fridge up. Overall I am extremely impressed and fingerprints and dirt are easily removed from the doors without leaving marks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this refrigerator. The Instant View door in door is great for the many times we grab a cold drink. We can do so without letting cold air out. I love the Full Convert Drawer. I have used it as an extension of the refrigerator, as a freezer & it is a great place to store party platters. The craft ice is a family & friends favorite! People are fascinated by those round cubes that melt slowly in your drink. The regular ice cube maker & dispenser completes the process. Finally, the deep freezer drawer is wonderful and the surprise shelf that you have access to as you open the freezer is very nice!!

I have had my refrigerator for around 7 months now and it works really well. I have it connected to the ThinQ app which lets me run diagnosis and change temp from the app. We love the craft ice however that broke recently but LG sent me a new one to replace the broken one under warranty.

My family of 4 always has a fresh supply of fruits or veggies to choose from. Food stays fresh longer in this fridge. We had an issue with the craft ice maker not working. They came out and replaced the whole craft ice maker portion and now it works. It was super easy to get the replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the view door the craft ice is the best last through multiple drinks. It even saves money with wifi monitoring and seeing what you want before u open the door. This is my second LG Refrigerator 1st one lasted 15 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and the 1st one i bought literally popped and started smoking from the computer board, i got another one and the compressor and fans were broke, now my 3rd one i got leaks water when you use ice , i do not recommend LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG's 30 cu.ft. see-through door and middle drawer with large round ice cubes is a beautifully designed refrigerator. Lighting so that you see absolutely everything inside. Drawers that slide smoothly with a lot of room. The extra door opens to shelving where you store taller items, i.e., milk, juice. The quick retrieval of these items without opening the entire refrigerator saves energy and cooling. The middle drawer is so great to store cheese and deli items and items that children can help themselves without holding the door open letting cool air escape. The freezer drawer is so large that you can actually find your items. The design, the beauty is awesome. Thank you LG
