We bought this refrigerator as part of a kitchen suite. We really like the easy view door panel and storage for drinks and the separate drawer for storage of frequently accessed items. The only issue we’ve had is difficulty getting the craft ice to work properly, but was resolved with a call to customer service.

We got our LG instaview for a year now, and we love it! Just issue with the craft ice maker. It stopped making ice after 6 months, and the other ice maker couldn’t keep up with ice production we need. I registered the product & connected to home wifi. Customer service contacted me when they saw the diagnostics of the fridge is not at par, and scheduled a technician to service it. Technician came & serviced it the following day, and now our craft ice maker is working again. Great customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and the 1st one i bought literally popped and started smoking from the computer board, i got another one and the compressor and fans were broke, now my 3rd one i got leaks water when you use ice , i do not recommend LG

I’ve had this fridge for about two months and love it. It has so much room on the shelves and in all the drawers. I especially like the separate drawer for snacks. It saves a lot of room for the rest of the items in the fridge. The access to items on the door without having to open the whole fridge is nice too. My only objection is there is little room for talker items on the shelves. I also love the appearance. It’s very classy.

I had been looking at the 30 ci LG , we purchased it and had the one included with or home placed in the garage. The LG is a beautiful and efficient addition to our new home

We invested in a quality refrigerator for our family and like all the features this unit provides. It looks great, the craft ice maker is a hit and the see-through window easily puts favorite items at a moment's reach. The temperature setting maintain our food at a consistent temperature and the freezer space is more than enough. Highly recommend it for those serious about a quality and good looking fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought an lg refrigerator June 7 delivery 15. Had less than 2 weeks The water was bad. LG technical ordered a new one. We are operating without a filter. Besides, we like upper ice maker but wish lower was faster.

My 7 year old refrigerator died right before a holiday weekend - I literally went to the appliance store and asked what was in stock that could be delivered the quickest. I had just a couple to choose from - but I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG's 30 cu.ft. see-through door and middle drawer with large round ice cubes is a beautifully designed refrigerator. Lighting so that you see absolutely everything inside. Drawers that slide smoothly with a lot of room. The extra door opens to shelving where you store taller items, i.e., milk, juice. The quick retrieval of these items without opening the entire refrigerator saves energy and cooling. The middle drawer is so great to store cheese and deli items and items that children can help themselves without holding the door open letting cool air escape. The freezer drawer is so large that you can actually find your items. The design, the beauty is awesome. Thank you LG
