It arrived on January 4 but was not working properly because the delivery guys had to take the doors off to get it into our house & didn’t put them on right so it took a technician from LG to fix it. (One week later) Have not had any problems since, hope it stays that way, then I won’t have anything negative to say…. Like it so far !!!

We bought the refrigeration in August 2022. In July 2023 we noticed freezer is not freezing stuff in freezer and ice is not made. We have reported the issue to LG three weeks ago. LG technicians were sent at least three times and parts were changed but it did not improve the refrigerator performance. Finally, it was declared by LG technician that they will refund our money. However, it has been more than two weeks we have not heard anything from LG. Every time I call I have been told that someone will contact us within 24 to 48 hours. We are yet to hear from LG. Definitely "Life's not Good".

The first 3 months was nice and everything was humming. Unfortunately things took a turn with the icemakeres not working - escalating to now the freezer section is 25F or HIGHER !!!! It should be 0. The technician has replaced almost everything. AVOID THIS BRAND (and all other Korean ones)

Unfortunately the craft ice maker stopped working just a few months after purchasing. It took several weeks to get the new one and have it installed. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Makes me concerned that such a pricey fridge would have problems so soon.

Especially the craft ice maker for when I serve myself those old fashions cocktails. The space in the fridge is great as well. I love the middle drawer compartment because you can choose to use it as refrigerator space or if you need more freezer space you can adjust the temp with a simple click of a button. We use the quick access door a lot too. This is where we keep our condiments, cream cheese, milk, juice etc. It stays nicely cooled as well. We have not had any issues. I still have to figure out how to connect it to the wifi but so far we love it!

The craft ice is a better-than-expected feature, though it has known design issues and has required replacement already. On the plus side, service was very fast and the craft ice maker was fullly replaced free of charge. The regular ice maker works fine. Lastly, the middle drawer is one of those features you didn't know you neded until you have it.
