[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually purchased the refrigerators from Lowes in March 2021, it was finally delivered Sept 2021. So far it is a beautiful refrigerator, I have not been able to get the wifi to work, still working that issue, but other than that so far so good. I ordered the black finger print resistant model, no finger prints. The dual ice tray would be great if the ice balls were produced more than 6 every 24 hours. The shelves are adjustable allowing for various size bottles and storage devices. I choose LG because Samsung and Bausch are not great for Refrigerators. Samsung is great for stoves and Bausch for dish washers. If you really want a great kitchen do research not name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago because my old one quit cooling in the refrigerator upper part. Freezer still kept things frozen. After researching and looking at different models, I decided to go with this LG and I'm glad I did. Works like a charm, very quiet, has more room in it than I originally thought. The craft ice feature is really nice. The look through door on the right side is terrific! I can open that part up and get out what I need without letting a lot of the cold air out. And the door cooling feature keeps everything in the doors the same temperature as the rest of the unit. The convertible drawer is a terrific feature as well. I keep meat and cheese in it now, but can turn it into a freezer compartment if I need more freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French door design, in door storage and fully convertible drawer- makes me wonder if I overbought in size! I have a lot of room! The convertible drawer is excellent for all of my husband's lunch items and frees up room for other stuff. The double drawer in the freezer section is great for organizing. Just working on the ice production- the bin is not very large.

We purchased this fridge less than 3 years ago and it has already stopped working. We lost a fridge and freezer full of food while we wait weeks for someone to come look at it. Had to purchase a mini fridge to use in the meantime. After it stopped working we googled and found out that there have been tons of issues with this fridge. Would not recommend and wish that we had done more research prior to buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used our new refrigerator for a month now and I have to say it is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. Not only does it make craft ice cubes, it has the option of dispensing water by ounces, this refrigerator has so much usable space. The versatility and space in the middle drawer is a great additional feature to this refrigerator. We have found the front access door another great feature of this already feature packed refrigerator. I am so happy that we made this our choice for our kitchen remodel. It is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a bundle as I’m redoing my kitchen I ran the refrigerator for 5 months and the compressor went out . I understand this a common problem with the linear inverter type. Waiting on the warranty repair.

This LG refrigerator performs very well. No major issues with it. I have never called for service. I called LG once about the ice extrusion from the tray. Often the ice is near to the sensor and ice does not extrude. I have to manually clear the ice from the sensor.. often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are just in love with our new fridge. It has so much room! We got the full depth one, and sometimes I feel too short to reach the top and back. My son just loves the craft ice balls. I love the flex drawer and mini door for my kiddo to grab drinks easily. Everything about this fridge is amazing. I can't wait to eventually get all the other appliances to match this black stainless color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although we have only had this refrigerator for a month, we like the space, the ice makers (especially the craft ice) and how quiet it is, So far it appears to keep temperature relatively consistently, but we'll see how that goes in the future. I was reluctant to make the purchase based on LG's compressor issues in the past, so I'm hoping that has been fixed. This appliance looks good in the kitchen and the drawers/compartments are well designed and roomy. The door-in-door feature is also useful. So far we are happy with the purchase.

Not only does the stove look fabulous it works just as well the Wi-Fi works with my apps and my Alexa. I really don’t know about what everybody is talking about in the reviews how it doesn’t work and it doesn’t connect to their services they’re probably not doing it the right way the thin Q app works perfectly with all my TVs and my stove and I can’t wait for the fridge and dishwasher to arrive so I can have everything connected the convection oven is awesome so is the air fryer portion the only thing that bothers me is that my little kids love to knock on the window to see what’s inside so all you hear is knocking but it’s good to know that it actually works
