[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is amazing. Big enough to store entire super large pizza boxes and you barely even lose room. Dual ice makers, one for regular cubes and one for craft ice perfect for drinks or thermal cups. Filters are both easy to replace every 6 months. Couldn’t have asked for a better fridge. Little pricey but we got a good deal around the Fourth of July a few years back. Not a single issue with anything after theee years. Would definitely recommend! I love LG products we use their turbo washer and dryer as well. Still never a single problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutly love our unit. The regular ice maker in the door adds so much space to the upper section. I'm a big fan of the iceball unit in the freezer. The finish on the stainless is next to surgical quality. L G you've engineered a beautiful and functional piece of furniture.

There is not as much space for standing-up bottles between the shelves and the doors. We've made it work, but we depend more on the shelves (with the bottles lying down) than taking out a shelf to set them vertically. The big concern is the ice makers. The craft ice maker is amazing when it works, but we've had to have it replaced twice in the year of owning it. The door version works well but has little capacity compared to the production rate. If you're in the fridge a lot and the temperature does not get low enough around the maker, it won't make ice.

My husband and I really love the layout and features of the refrigerator; with the freezer on the bottom and drawer between the freezer and fridge. The craft ice cubes are a great addition. We especially love the light that comes on when you knock on the door so you can see what’s inside without opening the door. You can customize the coolness options for different foods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pondered at length about spending the extra money on the extra features of this refrigerator. I am so happy that I did. It is a joy in so many ways. I love the flexibility of the ice maker. The door-in-door feature is used three times more than opening the big door thus conserving the cool and electricity. The extra drawer with temperature control allows me the flexibility to stock up on items when I am planning a party or big dinner. The freezer has adequate space for my shopping needs. I absolutely love this refrigerator!

The refrigerator is great, except for the Craft Ice Maker. We bought this unit because of its size and the Craft Ice Feature. For those unfamiliar with LG's Craft Ice Maker, it produces ice balls in the freezer compartment. However, we have had the Craft Ice Maker replaced once and now it's not working again. We're awaiting LG service to check it. The unit also has through the door ice, crushed ice and water. In addition, it can automatically dispense water in a variety of quantities. A really nice feature is the convertible drawer that can be refrigerated or made a freezer compartment. We use as refrigerator space. The large size of this unit makes it very useful for a big family.

The crisper drawers are great at keeping the fruits and vegetables fresh for long periods of time. Temperatures are quite accurate and the water/ice & crushed ice work great. The "knock on door" feature is nice as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am pleased with the features and quality of the refrigerator. My only concern is the reduced shelf space in the main refrigerator area as compared to my old fridge. The middle refrigerator/freezer convertible drawer is a nice feature, but it reduces the height of the main compartment a bit. With the shorter space, options are to have shorter shelf space or fewer shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very big fridge inside with lots of storage. I have had it for 8 months and have not had consistent craft ice. Finally I called cause it was supposed to give 6 at a time and it wouldn’t do it. their suggestion was drop it to -4 degrees. Why I dunno but I did. Still not much, then they sent out a tech cause they said something was wrong with it after they did a test remotely? And the tech came out and said I needed a new ice maker. But when he left it stopped working all together. Too one works bottom one doesn’t. It supposed to be fixed in a week. Other than that. Great fridge. But I’m not holding my breath I’m sure something else will fall apart in a few months.
