[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a year ago thinking that an appliance that cost five grand would last a lot longer than a year before needing major repairs. Craft ice maker is broken, so noisy it sounds like a loud pounding when it operates, freezer compressor is going out, and a delay in getting replacement parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 3 year old LG that died. This new LG is terrific so far. We love the flexible drawer (can be fridge or freezer) and the craft ice balls are AWESOME. The smart features are really the Biden gem of this unit: it monitors your usage (what days and times do use the most ice, when do you usually have the door opening a lot) and works to ensure you’re never out of ice or have less than ideally cold food. Our old LG’s “smart” features,… weren’t. Constantly had to enable Ice Plus etc to keep up. Now it’s automatic. The redesigned fridge storage sections are really great. The condiments door is terrific. The freezer is cavernous. By far the best fridge feature for feature you can buy right now. Super happy with it. Also bought the optional 5 year full warranty because we really want to keep this fridge long term.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge! We needed a bigger refigerator because we never had enough room to store leftovers. Now we have more than enough! And the craft ice is to die for! I love round cubes in my drinks -- they last longer! Well worth the price!

I like being able to set the temp in the flex door and I love the shelf that slides back for taller drinks. However, there seems to be a problem with the door closing or not closing. Seems like you have to shut it harder than I would think necessary. Also I would like to see two shelf’s that slide back for taller items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this LG French Door refrigerator/freezer in March of 2023. Wife really loves the size and easy access. Very convenient to view high frequent items like milk, juice and eggs from the glass door. Craft ice is also great and the freezer makes it so easy to get items that are use frequently like ice cream and snacks. Definitely would buy it again.

The space is very well situated and organized for convenience that makes a meaningful difference in every day life for our very busy family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this refrigerator. The Instant View door in door is great for the many times we grab a cold drink. We can do so without letting cold air out. I love the Full Convert Drawer. I have used it as an extension of the refrigerator, as a freezer & it is a great place to store party platters. The craft ice is a family & friends favorite! People are fascinated by those round cubes that melt slowly in your drink. The regular ice cube maker & dispenser completes the process. Finally, the deep freezer drawer is wonderful and the surprise shelf that you have access to as you open the freezer is very nice!!

Bought this about 6 weeks ago and have it for 3 weeks. Beautiful to look at but also working perfectly. Love the small cubes as well as the craft ice. Lots of room inside for all our goods. Tap view adds a nice feature and makes it easy to see what's inside the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with fridge. Nice quiet operation, holds temperatures even though out interior. Upper ice maker and water dispenser work well. Ours also has the craft ice maker below. It did quit making ice after the first 3 months,but customer service was helpful and speedy getting us to a local service technician who replaced the craft ice unit and it works fine now.

Love the craft ice balls and the easy access window, however the temperature in that area isn’t as cold as the main area. The Wi-Fi enabled wouldn’t connect to my phone app but I didn’t spend much time messing with it. I haven’t found a need to control the refrigerator from my phone and for that reason, I don’t think it’s worth the money.
