[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a ton of space. The freezer area is easy to access and holds ice cream packages upright where my last unit would not. The craft ice is very cool and has become a favorite to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new LG refrigerator a few weeks ago. So far it’s amazing! We really love the craft ice maker and so do all of our guests. The size is quite large, depth-wise, but that’s a minor thing. We are also enjoying the app as well. At first, the knock feature on the glass door seemed silly, but we’re growing quickly to like it. The quick access door was a huge seller for us. And the compact ice make on the door give us more fridge space than our old fridge. And the middle drawer serving as a temperature controlled choice makes it ideal for anyone’s situation. My only criticism would be if we need repairs, it’s hard to get parts to fix.

I Bought this fridge on 9/21/2023 and now i am on my 3rd replacement. First one came dented on the front door.Second one came the exact same way.Now i am waiting for the 3rd one.All my appliances are LG i love the brand but this is a disaster,to pay 4,000 for a poorly damaged fridge is very bad!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this huge frig. I had to modify/semi-remodel our kitchen to make it fit, but it is so worth it. It's very quiet and the water/ice/craft ice is nice. Not sure what our favorite feature is, either the knock-knock, the full convert drawer or the door in door. All around we really love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge a few weeks ago, although the craft ice is not a perfect sphere, I still like it. Door in door is a great feature I use most of the time. Fridge would be perfect if there wasn't a slight fluctuation of temp differences and a slight hum noise which I hope won't get louder. The ThinQ app was a bit of a disappointment. Wished you could do more with the app as far as seeing the current temps in the fridge, what doors are currently open or closed, eta when craft ice is about to drop, etc. We will see how it goes after the 1st month goes.

We were taken by the Black Stainless Steel appearance, the door in a door feature, and especially the drawer below the fridge that is fully adjustable to whatever you want to store. Later as we were getting used to the new fridge we found that the round ice, metered water, the internet control of the feature of the fridge, the way it runs so quietly, and all the room for food, to be equally impressive! I am not sure what else could be added to this fridge to make it any better, but I am sure they are hard at work on it. I feel we took a GIANT step into the future buying this LG fridge.

We LOVE Fredericka Fridge (AKA Freddie), our new LG French door w Craft ice maker and the cool accessible door that response to two knocks. Took us a while: Freddie did NOT deliver ice within the 48 hours window, so we began to doubt her gender. At 72 hours, we called LG. Got great service, overall, but one technician suggested we reset freezer to 0C, when LG website suggests it should be -4C for best ice production. Nonetheless, scheduled a visit by LG service technician the next Wednesday. Over the weekend, Freddie, began delivering ice in the upper ice maker, and by Monday she was making Craft ice. So on Tuesday, we cancelled the visit of the LG technician. So far Freddie is fun and works very well.

I’ve had this refrigerator nearly three months and it’s great. The only thing stopping me from giving it five stars is the bottom ice maker. I love the craft ice and it’s great to have it. However, it would be nice to have the option to switch from craft to regular ice when needed.

Unfortunately the craft ice maker stopped working just a few months after purchasing. It took several weeks to get the new one and have it installed. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Makes me concerned that such a pricey fridge would have problems so soon.
