My family of 4 always has a fresh supply of fruits or veggies to choose from. Food stays fresh longer in this fridge. We had an issue with the craft ice maker not working. They came out and replaced the whole craft ice maker portion and now it works. It was super easy to get the replacement.

The convert a drawer is perfect for drinks and kids snacks - they can reach it and. It always asking for things. The freezer top pull out sun is perfect for ice cream cakes and stopping the “black hole” of freezer baskets. The viewing door is perfect for figuring out what’s where and it’s great for grab and go items - not opening the entire fridge door for a lil more cereal milk. And the craft ice - amazing

The mullin flap is broken again. The ice in the door is all melted together. Do not buy this. If I could give zero stars I would.

So far I have not been able to fill it! The shelves easily adjustable. Love having the mid drawer that is versatile. The ice and water dispenser is so easy to use. The craft ice is a wonderful extra feature. I would buy again and recommend to friends and family!

They are neat and well organized. Love the ice choices that it offers: crushed, whole and round ice that look beautiful. Love the door in door feature. Lastly, the refrigerator looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen. So beyond happy!

I bought my refrigerator a month ago and so far I like it a lot. I love the door in door option and use it multiple times a day. The convertible refrigerator / freezer draw is very convenient. The freezer is large for 2 people so I can really stock up.

I researched for over a year. While remodeling the entire kitchen I decided to accommodate a 36” wide refrigerator, I came across this LG. It is granted very large, at almost 30 cf, but it’s the flexibility and features that sold me. Having through-the-door ice and water keeps the cold inside! Same goes for the door-in-a-door for items that we access every morning. Then you have the full convert section that can even be a freezer! With a basement 11 cf freezer I love not having to have so much dedicated freezer space upstairs. And then as if that’s not enough you have beautiful craft ice spheres in the lower freezer for special occasions. As long as it performs for a long time count me satisfied. The features and quality certainly justify the price in my world!

We had some issues getting what we ordered, but that was not LG's issue. After almost 14 years using a smaller refrigerator it is definitely a nice change to be able to fit everything in without having to pack things on top of each other. Overall it is a decent product ... the one complaint is the length of time is takes to produce ice, and once some is made it is a small amount.

We got our LG instaview for a year now, and we love it! Just issue with the craft ice maker. It stopped making ice after 6 months, and the other ice maker couldn’t keep up with ice production we need. I registered the product & connected to home wifi. Customer service contacted me when they saw the diagnostics of the fridge is not at par, and scheduled a technician to service it. Technician came & serviced it the following day, and now our craft ice maker is working again. Great customer service!
