[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this product for one year. Great refrigerator overall, but the craft ice maker quit 5 months after our purchase. Had this not happened I would give this product a 5 star rating. Also the factory dropped the ball on repairing this problem. Warranty repair on this product was non existent.

We invested in a quality refrigerator for our family and like all the features this unit provides. It looks great, the craft ice maker is a hit and the see-through window easily puts favorite items at a moment's reach. The temperature setting maintain our food at a consistent temperature and the freezer space is more than enough. Highly recommend it for those serious about a quality and good looking fridge.

Dual icemakers is cool and of course the knock on door in door is amazing. This is the best refrigerator i have ever owned-- i now have all LG kitchen appliances and TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. No issues with the appliance. Both ice makers work as expected. Fridge/ freezer cools perfectly. I had to buy additional lock rings since my floor is out of whack above a normal range. I do wish the right side door panel had an adjustment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this refrigerator from a smaller LG model. We thought we had plenty of space in the old fridge, but this one is HUGE! We have so much space we don't know what to do, especially in the bottom freezer. The icemaker takes a day or two to fully kick in, but that was a growing pain we were willing to endure. Now we have more ice than we can use!

It also saves on energy by not having to open the entire door just to get a drink. The premeasured water buttons are a plus plus plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 15 year old unit with this one. It is amazing how I get 5+ cu ft of more room in the same footprint. I am really enjoying the flexibility with the Full-Convert drawer. I love the three ice options, cube, crushed and craft. The craft ice took 3+ days for the first batch, but has been dropping every 24 hours since. So far the whole family is thrilled with the new refrigerator.

It’s been a year a bought it, my only complain is the below feature on the freezer where it makes ice, stop making ice and I had to call to get it fix. Still working on it. It seems like it’s a know issue. This was the reason why I actually bought it versus other brands. I’m a little disappointed because for the price it should have worked for years.

Here is what we love: - Exterior- beautiful design- the water/ice dispenser area is tall enough for our sports bottles and pitcher. The knocking feature for the light gives a quick view. The quick access door-in-door allows us to quickly grab what we need without having to get into the fridge. The 3 bins are huge and holds large gallon milk, juices, wine bottles,... -Inside- spacious, glass shelves that are easily removable, deep veg/fruit bins are removable as well for easy cleaning. The ice maker on this is inside the left door so top left corner of fridge is avail space. I placed a 14' lazy susan there for all my condiments with lots of room to spare. - Middle drawer- convertible drawer that has separate controller to be whatever you need it to be. Fridge or freezer. Has 2 movable dividers to keep things organized. - Freezer- deep bin with a movable divider. Large tray that slides out above for better organization. Built in 2nd ice maker that makes ice balls. Perfect for sports bottles and drinks as it melts slower. Quietly drops 3 or 6 balls per day per your setting. These were a big hit yesterday for Christmas. Overall: Spaciouse, high quality, beautifully designed and functional fridge. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigeratior for about 8 months. I am truely enjoying it. We moved from a smaller fridge to this much bigger model and it has been wonderful. Everything fits inside it!! The door in door feature is the best. You can just get out the milk and not have to worry about the entire unit cooling down. The "change filter" warning is another feature that my other machine didn't have, so being sure my filters are changed and up to date has been a welcome change. My only complaint is the cover over the Fresh Air Filter is difficult to remove. The first time I have to change that filter I broke the cover because I ended up using too much force on it. However, even thought one of the clips broke, it easily fit back in place.
