[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issue was that the refrigeration didn't reach cooling/freezing setting for three days. On 4th day everything seemed to work fine. Regardless, LG sent a tech. The tech said there was nothing wrong, and often times the refrigerator needs time to settle in. LG should notify purchasers of this possibiltiy.

I’ve had the refrigerator for a little over two years. I would rate this four out of five stars. Only a couple of minor nagging design issues. For me, I would love it if I could reach in and quickly grab it an item from a crisper drawer without having to open both French doors. Also, the craft icemaker has been replaced twice now. We are covered under warranty which is awesome. It frequently stops working no understanding of what the issue is. Just a new unit installed each time. I mention it because it was definitely one of the deciding factors in choosing this unit over another, and it was a pricey feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for a couple of years now. Love the instaview window to look inside. We use the door water and ice dispenser constantly. The copious amounts of space in both the fridge and freezer are impressive! The only downside is the Craft Ice Maker we love but had to replace. Overall, we have enjoyed our fridge, and would buy LG again!

Fridge is great except it does not really have room for all your condiments;Be prepared to remove a shelf. Also have had an error “FF E” for a while. Support says to manually defrost for 7 hours. Thankfully I have a 2nd fridge for this. How over the error keeps returning. Support keeps “disconnecting “ but I will keep trying to get repairs. Fridge is not old at all. Outside all the issues, it’s nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our LG frig in September and LOVE IT! I shopped around for quite a bit before I decided on this particular one. It has so much room, I feel like I have to much room now. The round ice ball feature is one of the exciting things about, call me strange but love that feature and it still has the regular ice features as well. The freezer still has enough space even with the deli/snack drawer.

I bought this refrigerator about 1 and half years ago and so excited with it's look. Everything worked very well until the craft ice maker broken down four months later. Called LG tech and got it replaced on last December 2021. The new craft ice maker working very well until a year later 12/2022 it broke down again. Called LG again for service and been waiting for tech to come sometime next week. It's still under warranty so no charge on these two replacements. Good service LG! But calling for service is a thing to consider because it takes to much time and a phone call sounds awful as it is from overseas. LG needs to redesign this craft ice maker somehow, I guess. And I cross my fingers for the second replacement. Other than that everything else has been working as it means to be, so far. Hope this helps someone wants the refrigerator with craft ice maker rethinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. I'd give it a 10 except for the craft icemaker. In the 10 months we've had it, 2 service calls to replace the craft ice unit. The service has been exceptional, but I hope the latest design is the final.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, but love it! Very quiet running with the linear compressor. I didn't think it would have as much room in it as my old one, but I was wrong. This thing holds a lot! The in the door ice maker and water dispenser are absolutely great! And the craft ice maker in the freezer drawer does a great job making those round ice balls! I'm glad I found this one after my old refrigerator quit cooling in the upper part. The view in door is also a great feature. I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but I sure do! Quick and easy to get things out that I most use without letting all the cold air out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has a large refrigerator section, freezer is a bit smaller than a typical side by side. The lower ball type ice maker is great. The in the door ice maker is poor, it freezes up unless you use the ice every day, otherwise you have to open it up and dump the ice ball that has formed. The door wall doesn’t have insulation in it so the ice bucket melts and ice freezes together…
