The sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel design looks very good, and the InstaView window is a handy feature that we did not have in the previous other brand refrigerator we owned. The refrigerator maintains consistent temperatures, keeping food fresh longer even in the door-in-door compartments. I love the spacious storage without any space taken away for the ice making, adjustable shelves, and the versatile full-convert French drawer sitting in the middle. The Craft Ice maker that produces ice cubes in a golf ball shape is a nice touch for fruit, wine and other special drinks. The smart features, including Wi-Fi connectivity and the IOS LG ThinQ app, make monitoring and controlling the fridge convenient very easy. Overall, it's energy-efficient and highly functional—We highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a latest technology refrigerator!

We invested in a quality refrigerator for our family and like all the features this unit provides. It looks great, the craft ice maker is a hit and the see-through window easily puts favorite items at a moment's reach. The temperature setting maintain our food at a consistent temperature and the freezer space is more than enough. Highly recommend it for those serious about a quality and good looking fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new LG refrigerator a few weeks ago. So far it’s amazing! We really love the craft ice maker and so do all of our guests. The size is quite large, depth-wise, but that’s a minor thing. We are also enjoying the app as well. At first, the knock feature on the glass door seemed silly, but we’re growing quickly to like it. The quick access door was a huge seller for us. And the compact ice make on the door give us more fridge space than our old fridge. And the middle drawer serving as a temperature controlled choice makes it ideal for anyone’s situation. My only criticism would be if we need repairs, it’s hard to get parts to fix.

The only issue I see with this particular unit is the side door selves are just not deep enough to handle the normal amount of things we normally will put there.

We got our LG instaview for a year now, and we love it! Just issue with the craft ice maker. It stopped making ice after 6 months, and the other ice maker couldn’t keep up with ice production we need. I registered the product & connected to home wifi. Customer service contacted me when they saw the diagnostics of the fridge is not at par, and scheduled a technician to service it. Technician came & serviced it the following day, and now our craft ice maker is working again. Great customer service!

This appliance replaces a "Side by Side" which prevents the storage of anything that is too wide. The features of this LG with two ice makers is fantastic. I love the Craft Ice! The WIFI connection to the app is also a brilliant feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks: Great Space: Well designed. Lots of useable space. Lighting: Well done. Ice: Wonderful: Smaller cubes that are just better. Dispenser works great in all modes; cubes, crushed and water. Craft Ice feature is way cool and works well. I have all the neighbors coming over to get my craft ice balls. Areas that would really put it over the top... Add clear storage bins for improved modular storage. Include a water picture that can be secured in the dispenser trey with a preset fill measurement so you can set it and forget it and then grab and bring to the table when full.

Unfortunately the craft ice maker stopped working just a few months after purchasing. It took several weeks to get the new one and have it installed. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Makes me concerned that such a pricey fridge would have problems so soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After research and several discussions, my husband and I decided to purchase Our first LG refrigerator. Let me tell you, this was the best decision to made. I absolutely love the fact that there is so much storage space. The knock knock feature on the right door creates a huge buzz when we have company over. The middle drawer we have designated for our two year old. She gets a kick out of knowing she has her own section of the refrigerator specifically for her. Plus, it makes it easier for us and her so that she may grab whatever she wants out of the fridge. The motor makes very little noise. We have not used the ice maker/water dispenser as of yet, but we are making adjustments in the kitchen to be able to do so. Otherwise I am absolutely satisfied in my purchase!!!
