[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size but missing controls for the freezer are upsetting. You can only adjust the temperature for all drawers only .Other refrigerators we have seen have options for each drawer. For this price we expected more.

Great top ice maker. Instaview really useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frig is great but had 2 issues. One was packing tape was somehow stuck under the bottom shelf in instaview compartment. Couldn't get it all out. Also lower craft ice maker never worked. Have a technician coming to address those two issues, but LG was very good about arranging service.

Love the features

I bought the refrigerator less than 6 months ago and already had to replace the compressor. The freezer drawer track is broken and been waiting for a replacement for a couple of weeks. I love the refrigerator, but very disappointed that I’ve had this problem.

Bottom drawer / Freezer drawer

Excellent spacious great looking Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in August and have been extremely happy with it. It has tons of space for our family of four. We really like the pull out bottom drawer freezer because you can see all of your food, it doesnt get lost in the back. We really like the middle drawer which has the option to be freezer or refrigerator, we us it for lunch meet, cheeses and daily snacks. The door in door feature we werent sure if we would use, but now that we have it, it is great. Easy to grab condiments without having to ooen the whole door and look inside.

Great product

Craft ice not exactly round. But overall finish and quality of the fridge seems to be great. Went with standard depth glad i did. Huge amount of space. Lighting is awesome touch too. Hand had the door fix from a shipment issue and the LG tech was awesome too.

Icemaker has been broken for longer than it worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the fridge in August and the icemaker broke in early September. We don't exactly live in the middle of nowhere, but the first available service contractor appointment was in December. He came today, confirmed that it is broken and the whole unit needs to be replaced, and ordered one. We're now waiting until mid-January for this fix. 3 months of downtime for 3 weeks of it working. I can't recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

GREAT AND BEAUTIFUL BUY!

Bought this particular appliance on memorial day weekend 2024. At first, I was overwhelmed with the ice making but after a week I had cubes galore... This is a beautiful refrigerator and keeps food and beverage cold. I was surprised that the insta-view door was keeping the food just as cold as the inner part of the fridge.

Great Fridge! 2 Shortcomings

This would be a 5 star fridge except for 2 problems. My favorite feature of modern fridges is the water and ice dispenser. My 15 year old fridge was great at this. First: The fridge dispenses warm water. Why??? According to LG "• Only 1-2 cups of water can be held in the reservoir depending on the model. When the cold water is dispensed, warm (tap cold) water comes into the reservoir and is held until future dispensing. • When the dispenser run out of reserved water, it dispenses normal room temperature water from the tap. • For new installations, it can take up to 24 hours to cool the water. After dispensing more water than the tank's capacity the unit can take up to 6 hours to cool the water again." 1-2 cups??? 6 hours to cool the water??? We are not squirrels. There is never cold water. Since everyone else figured how to do it right more than 2 decades ago I'm going to say this is a major design flaw. Tap water the fridge is connected to is colder than the fridge water. The Fridge is literally warming water up. Second: The ice tastes like leftovers in the fridge. The warm pizza flavored ice water makes me bristle at the price I payed for this fridge. P.S. Delivery people dented the door so they sent a new unit 2 weeks later. Both have the same problems.

Love our fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased earlier this year. Love the door in door and dual ice. Did have an issue with a fan motor going out, but with the internet connection, LG could tell there was an issue and notified us and repaired free of charge. Great service!
