This refrigerator has problems. Buzzing sound every 8 months. Constantly replacing the condenser. I would never buy an lg. it’s is a flawed product. Lg tells u to shut down your refrigerator all night. That means move all the food. Are they Kidding. Paid 4500 for this refrigerator. What a rip off

Despite some of the reviews I chose this LG because of the features. We have a basement freezer so having a lot of upstairs freezer is not that critical and the full convert drawer is the perfect solution. During the full kitchen remodel we accommodated the extra depth and installed in a manner to look built-in. The door-in-a-door is perfect for grabbing milk and yogurt for mornings without opening the entire fridge. The ice and water through the door is a joy after having to open the door on the last fridge and stand there pushing a button on the cabinet with one hand while holding the glass with the other. It’s beyound me how such an arrangement could get an energy star rating! As far as mechanicals are concerned it’s been installed only 5 months so no comment on that as of yet. LG did show a positive customer approach when the warranty was extended from date of purchase to date of actual install (15 months later) as it was purchased during COVID to ensure its availability. So far everything has worked as designed. Love how the water filter is located in a compartment that doesn’t interfere with the storage capacity. We have RO water to the fridge so will not require changes. The compact in-door ice is certainly adequate for our use and also is very space efficient. The Craft Ice bin could be narrower and reach the front of the slide out drawer but it’s a minor design detail. One of the comments indicated that they wished it was more productive but that can be remedied by switching from 3 to 6. We prefer to have fewer which are very clear with the RO water supply. Think that’s enough. If we do experience premature failures I pity LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 2 years since we bought it and I love it. It has a lot of room in the fridge and the freezer. The one thing I don't like is the ice machine that's on the door of the fridge. But I am getting use to it.

I bought my Lg Refrigerator a few years back and my wife and I loved it , the fact that does the craft ice for drinks makes the experience even better , also the warranties thru Lg makes you feel a really good peace of mind , so if you are in the look for a reliable brand Lg is the way to go

I purchased my Knock-Knock LG Refrigerator about one year ago. I love the features that it offers. Being able to see inside the door helps me to locate my current cold drink without having to open the door. This saves a lot of energy (by knowing what is inside without opening the door) and a lot of time (by confirming whether or not to look in a different location). My one challenge it that for a person that is 5'6" tall, it is VERY DIFFICULT to change the Air Filter, as it is located all the way on the back Wall above the Top Shelf. For this reason I gave Knock-Knock only 4 Stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall quality of the freezer components poorly designed. The tray in the freezer often pops off the rails and must be reset. I know it is because of something below it bumping it up and making it jump track, but it should not be that easy. Craft ice maker.I have owned the unit for 6 months and all was well with the craft ice maker until 2 months ago. Then some of the ice started hanging and not dropping. I called support and they said to raise the temp a few degrees. I have done this several times. It started failing once a week, so now I have disabled the maker. I have seen quite a few complaints on this. Do not buy the fridge for this feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced 28 cubic foot frigidaire but this LG is even larger and has better use of space, partly from the in door ice maker. It's the best looking fridge both inside and out. Has a second glass door in door feature that we use a lot. Has 2 icemakers although admittedly the craft ice is extremely slow producing. The convertable deli drawer is easily one of the best features. It's large, well lit, and opens /closes smoothly. The freezer is large enough even with second ice maker. It's "smart" fridge that's wifi connected which allows you to check status, change temp, turn on/ice maker. But one feature that this lacking from this large almost 4k refrigerator is display of current temp of fridge /freezer. Not even the app tells you the temp. It only displays the current temperature setting not actual temp. It's very quiet when compressor turns on/ off and when ice maker functions. I have seen bad reviews for previous LG linear compressors but hopefully they have fixed the issues with this newer fridge.

This would be a 5 star fridge except for 2 problems. My favorite feature of modern fridges is the water and ice dispenser. My 15 year old fridge was great at this. First: The fridge dispenses warm water. Why??? According to LG "• Only 1-2 cups of water can be held in the reservoir depending on the model. When the cold water is dispensed, warm (tap cold) water comes into the reservoir and is held until future dispensing. • When the dispenser run out of reserved water, it dispenses normal room temperature water from the tap. • For new installations, it can take up to 24 hours to cool the water. After dispensing more water than the tank's capacity the unit can take up to 6 hours to cool the water again." 1-2 cups??? 6 hours to cool the water??? We are not squirrels. There is never cold water. Since everyone else figured how to do it right more than 2 decades ago I'm going to say this is a major design flaw. Tap water the fridge is connected to is colder than the fridge water. The Fridge is literally warming water up. Second: The ice tastes like leftovers in the fridge. The warm pizza flavored ice water makes me bristle at the price I payed for this fridge. P.S. Delivery people dented the door so they sent a new unit 2 weeks later. Both have the same problems.

This is our 2nd LG refrigerator. We had bought the first one ten years ago and it was excellent. The only reason we replaced it was because we didn't have a battery backup surge protector to keep it from going off and on until last year. It was still working when they took it away, but we had replace one part and figured it had gotten heavy use with our family of four constantly getting in and out of. I believe strongly in outer door to access drinks and other items. It is far more energy efficient than opening the whole door making the refrigerator work harder to replace the cold. The first model I bought was another brand with just a small door. After it I was not going to buy anything without the outer door. This model has a larger capacity and more shelving space than our last LG. It is obvious a lot of thought went into the configuration of this model. The LG has better cooling that other brands that we have owned. We saved almost two thousand dollars during a recent sale. Any LG appliance we have bought has given us excellent service. I highly recommend the LRMVS3006S.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is replacing a 13 year old refrigerator of the same size. We like the see through door and it's very convenient for grabbing drinks. The icemaker on the older unit seemed to produce more ice per day. It might be that they are the same and since it's summertime, we may be using more ice. We definitely like the craft ice. The single piece drip tray is a big plus from the older design. Also the 3 button selector for ice type or water is a big improvement. Many times, guest would push the water button on the older unit thinking they are getting ice. One thing we have noticed is the shelves on the doors are not as deep as the original unit. This is a little bit of a disappointment. Otherwise we are enjoying this very much.
